登革熱病毒是一種黃病毒，存在于熱帶和亞熱帶的廣大地區。全世 界超過一半的人群生活在有登革熱傳播危險的地區，因而就發病率 和死亡率而言，登革熱是人類zui重要的蟲媒病毒疾病。目前有四種不同的但與抗原相關的登革熱病毒血清型，傳播媒介為雌性蚊 子，主要是 埃 及伊蚊 (Aedes aegypti) 、白紋伊蚊 (Aedes albopictus) 和波里尼西亞伊蚊 (Aedes polynesienses)。
登革熱病毒感染的臨床表現是多種多樣的，從亞臨床表現到致命的。根據嚴重程度，本病可分級如下：非特異性發熱疾病、典型登革 熱、登革出血熱 (DHF)（I 級和 II 級）和登革熱休克綜合征 (DSS)（III 級和 IV 級）。典型登革熱的特征為出現急性發熱，并伴有下 述兩種或更多癥狀：頭痛、眶后疼痛、肌痛、關節痛、皮疹、出血 性表現或白細胞減少。常見雙相熱，也常見失眠和食欲缺乏，伴有味覺喪失或口苦。第二個血清型感染常伴有的可能致命的并發癥 包括 DHF 和 DSS。登革熱地方流行國家/地區的大多數成人患者有二次登革熱感染。用 ELISA 檢測登革熱病毒特異性IgG 抗體水平升高有很大的診斷價值，這樣能夠鑒別并發癥出現率高的登革熱二次感染。常規使用血凝抑制 (HAI) 滴度劃分初次感染與二次感染。當前的定義依賴 于對時間上相隔至少7日的配對血清標本的分析，HAI 滴度 > 1:1280的任何急性期標本即被定義為黃病毒二次感染患者標本。對于登革熱二次感染的血清學診斷，NovaBios Dengue IgG Capture ELISA 是 HAI 分析的一種替代方法。
The dengue virus is a yellow virus that exists in vast areas of the tropics and subtropics. More than half of the world's population lives in areas where dengue fever is at risk, and dengue is the most important vector of human disease in terms of morbidity and mortality. There are four different but antigen-related dengue virus serotypes, the media are female mosquitoes, mainly Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus and Aedes polynesienses ).
The clinical manifestations of dengue virus infection are varied, from subclinical performance to fatal. Depending on the severity, the disease can be classified as follows: nonspecific febrile disease, typical dengue fever, dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) (grade I and II) and dengue fever syndrome (DSS) (grade III and IV). Typical dengue fever is characterized by acute fever, accompanied by two or more of the following symptoms: headache, orbital pain, myalgia, arthralgia, rash, hemorrhagic performance or leukopenia. Common biphasic heat, also common insomnia and lack of appetite, accompanied by loss of taste or mouth pain. The second serotype infection is often associated with potentially fatal complications including DHF and DSS. Most adult patients in dengue hotspring prevalence countries have secondary dengue infections. The detection of dengue virus-specific IgG antibody levels by ELISA has a great diagnostic value, which can identify secondary complications of dengue fever with high complication rate. Routine use of hemagglutination inhibition (HAI) titers to divide primary infection with secondary infection. The current definition relies on the analysis of matched serum samples separated by at least 7 days, and any acute phase of HAI titer> 1: 1280 is defined as a sample of patients with secondary infection of flaviviruses. For the serological diagnosis of secondary infection of dengue fever, the NovaBios Dengue IgG Capture ELISA is an alternative to HAI analysis.
