感染表現
流感發病嚴重程度與個體免疫狀況有關，一般說來，僅約50%的感染病人會發展成典型流感臨床癥狀。流感典型癥狀以突然發熱、頭暈頭痛、肌痛、全身癥狀輕、同時可伴有喉嚨痛和咳嗽、鼻塞、流涕、胸痛、眼痛、畏光等癥狀。發熱體溫可達39～40℃，一般持續2～3d后漸退。一般是全身癥狀較重而呼吸道癥狀并不嚴重。
并發癥
zui常見的并發癥是肺炎。一般以繼發性細菌性肺炎較常見，以金黃色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌和嗜血桿菌為多見。原發流感病毒肺炎較少見， 多見于原有心、肺疾患者（特別是風濕性心臟病、二尖瓣狹窄患者）或孕婦，病死率較高。
