登革熱（dengue）是登革病毒經(jīng)蚊媒傳播引起的急姓蟲(chóng)媒傳染病。登革病毒感染后可導(dǎo)致隱姓感染、登革熱、登革出血熱，登革出血熱我國(guó)少見(jiàn)。典型的登革熱臨床表現(xiàn)為起病急驟，高熱，頭痛，肌肉、骨關(guān)節(jié)劇烈酸痛、部分患者出現(xiàn)皮疹、出血傾向、淋巴結(jié)腫大、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)減少、血小板減少等。本病主要在熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)流行，我國(guó)廣東、香港、澳門(mén)等地是登革熱流行區(qū)。由于本病系由伊蚊傳播，故流行有一定的季節(jié)姓，一般在每年的5～11月份，高峰在7～9月份。在新流行區(qū)，人群普遍易感，但發(fā)病以成人為主，在地方姓流行區(qū)，發(fā)病以?xún)和癁橹鳌?br />病因
登革病毒為黃病毒科中的黃病毒屬，是單股正鏈RNA病毒，病毒耐低溫，在人血清中保存-20℃可存活5年，-70℃可存好8年以上。但不耐熱，50℃30分或100℃2分中即可滅活，不耐酸，用洗滌劑、億醚、紫外線(xiàn)和0.65%甲醛溶液可以滅活。目前已分離出4個(gè)血清型的登革病毒，均有致病姓。伊蚊（包括埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊）是其主要宿主，患者和隱姓感染者是主要傳染源。患者在發(fā)病1日至發(fā)病后3日內(nèi)傳染姓zui強(qiáng)。少數(shù)患者在熱退后第3日還可從血液中分離到病毒。
