用于定性的快速檢測人群血清、血漿或全血中登革病毒的IgM及IgG抗體。可在15分鐘內(nèi)檢測結(jié)果。

臨床表現(xiàn)/登革熱病 panbio登革熱
登革熱病毒感染后，5%～20%出現(xiàn)臨床疾病，其余為隱姓感染。潛伏期為3～7日，輕癥可僅表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱、頭痛、輕度蛋白尿等，而不伴有黃疸和出血，持續(xù)數(shù)日后即恢復(fù)。重癥一般可分為感染期、中毒期和恢復(fù)期3期。
感染期
起病急驟，伴有寒戰(zhàn)，繼以迅速上升的高熱、劇烈頭痛、全身疼痛、顯著乏力、惡芯、嘔吐、便秘等。嘔吐物初為胃內(nèi)容，繼呈膽汁樣。患者煩躁焦慮、顏面緋紅、結(jié)膜充血、舌紅絳、膚干燥。心脈率初與發(fā)熱平行增速，以后漸轉(zhuǎn)為相對緩脈。本期持續(xù)約3天，期末有輕度黃疸、蛋白尿等。
中毒期
一般開始于病程第4天，部分病例可有短暫（數(shù)小天至1天）的癥狀緩解期，體溫稍降復(fù)升而呈鞍形。本期仍有高熱及心率減慢，黃疸加深，登革熱病因此得名。患者神志淡漠、面色灰白、嘔吐頻繁。蛋白尿更為顯著，伴少尿。本期的突出癥狀為各處出血現(xiàn)象如牙齦出血、鼻衄、皮膚瘀點和瘀斑，胃腸道、尿路和子宮出血等。嘔吐物為黑色變性血液。心臟常擴大，心音變?nèi)酰獕浩汀乐鼗颊呖沙霈F(xiàn)譫妄、昏迷、頑固呃逆、尿閉等，并伴有大量黑色嘔吐物。本期持續(xù)3～4天，死亡大多發(fā)生于本期內(nèi)。
恢復(fù)期
體溫于病程7～8天下降至正常，癥狀和蛋白尿逐漸消失，但乏力可持續(xù)1～2周甚至數(shù)月。在本期內(nèi)仍需密切注意心臟情況。一般無后遺癥。
并發(fā)癥/登革熱病 panbio登革熱
重要并發(fā)癥有休克、腸出血、心臟損害、多臟器功能減退以及DIC、細菌性肺炎、腮腺炎等。

早期中性粒細胞數(shù)減少，血小板計數(shù)正常或稍減少。血清膽紅素、ALT、AST等升高。病程等4～5天尿蛋白可增高至3～5g/L。大便隱血常呈陽性。腦脊液壓力常增高，細胞數(shù)正常。心電圖可示ST-T波異常、PR和QT間期改變等。凝血時間、凝血酶原時間及部分凝血活酶時間延長見于黃疸病例。
病毒分離
取病程4日以內(nèi)的患者血液注入乳鼠腦內(nèi)或傳代的Vero細胞，可分離出病毒，并用血清免疫學(xué)進行鑒定。

This period of prominent symptoms for bleeding everywhere, such as gum bleeding, epistaxis, skin petechia and ecchymosis, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and uterine bleeding. The vomit is black degenerative blood. Often expand the heart, heart sounds weak, low blood pressure. Serious patients can appear delirium, coma, stubborn hiccups, urinary closure, and accompanied by a large number of black vomit. Recovery period
