牛是布魯氏菌的易感動物,患病的奶??赏ㄟ^牛奶排菌,如果有人食用了未經(jīng)消毒的帶菌牛奶,就可能感染布魯氏菌病。有人對臨床采集的牛奶樣品進行了檢測實驗,也從牛奶中檢測到了布魯氏菌,證實患病牛產的奶確實可能帶有布魯氏菌。
臨床上一旦檢測出布魯氏菌病的奶牛將被撲殺,奶牛尸體及其胎兒、胎衣、排泄物采取深埋、化制或焚燒,撲殺前或隔離飼養(yǎng)期間產生的乳,都集中收集并進行高溫等無害化處理。而發(fā)現(xiàn)有布魯氏菌病的農場也將暫時封場,這期間奶牛的奶不會上市,只有連續(xù)檢疫正常后才會準許正常供奶。因此通常情況下,市場上銷售的牛奶都是健康奶,而且經(jīng)過消毒,不會傳染布魯氏菌病。
不過,有的人一味追求“未經(jīng)加工的原生態(tài)牛奶”,覺得“營養(yǎng)好、風味佳”,用這樣的奶制成的“*、無添加”的奶制品也對許多人很多吸引力。從理論上說,如果養(yǎng)殖條件好,衛(wèi)生設施完善,剛剛擠出的“生奶”倒也沒有多大危險。但如果奶牛被布魯氏菌感染致病,那么它們的奶也就會被污染。如果顧客購買食用了這種患病牛的奶,就有可能感染布魯氏菌病。
利福平膠囊藥物屬于抗結核的藥物。許多結核病患者認為服用利福平不能喝牛奶,事實上這是一種誤解。
結核病患病通常需要加強營養(yǎng),補充蛋白質,而牛奶中富含人體所必需的蛋白質、微量元素等,喝牛奶是一個不錯的選擇,因此在肺結核治療期間*可以喝牛奶。
