皮帶撕裂檢測裝置TYZL-B-II,撕裂開關用于帶式輸送機膠帶縱向撕裂的保護。感知器安裝在膠帶下面,在膠帶被異物劃漏,破損情況下告警,膠帶縱向撕裂屬于惡性事故,任其發展將造成嚴重損失。本系列檢測器可以對膠帶運行進行連續監測,當縱向撕裂故障出現時,能及時發出停機信號,防止故障擴大。

皮帶撕裂檢測裝置TYZL-B-II,撕裂開關是縱向撕裂的檢測元件,當運行中膠帶撕裂時,感知器能可靠地檢測出來,并輸出一個開關量,控制箱接到感知器發出的信號,控制繼電器動作,輸出一個開關量給控制室實現自動緊急停機,同時面板告警指示閃爍,控制電路自鎖,為使控制線路恢復常態,可按動面板上的復位安鈕。此外面板上還裝有自校按鈕,當按下此鈕時,可模擬撕裂故障,檢驗控制系統的工作。

用途及適用范圍:帶式輸送機在輸送物料過程中,由于物料、雜物或金屬件易劃傷或穿透輸送帶,特別是綱絲繩芯輸送帶會造成縱向撕裂事故,給國家財產帶來重大損失。 ZL系列輸送帶縱向撕裂監測裝置為膠囊式,當輸送帶發生撕裂事故時能可靠 的發出警報信號和停機信號,避免事故的擴大。適用于各行業帶式輸送機輸送帶 的安全保護。

工作原理及性能

ZL系列縱向撕裂監測裝置由感知器和控制線路兩部分組成。感知器是縱向撕裂的檢測元件,當帶式輸送機輸送帶被異料穿透后,隨著輸送帶運行帶動異物使 感知器受到擠壓,或當溜槽出料口與輸送帶之間因物料堵塞而擠壓布置在出料口 的感知器時,感知器均能靈敏可靠的檢測出輸送帶撕裂信號并輸出開關量,發出停機信號。控制線路具有自鎖和延時功能。控制箱面板設有報警指示燈,當輸送帶發生撕裂時,控制電路接收感知器檢測出 的開關信號,發出報警和停機信號。此感知器呈槽形結構, 適用于槽形帶式輸送機,安裝在輸送機承載輸送帶下面,主要監測因物料穿透輸 送帶所致的撕裂事故,發出事故信號,從而達到防止或減少輸送帶撕裂

3撕裂檢測儀特點:(1)安裝方便;(2) 控制線路設有延時繼電器, 以免發生錯誤動作,延時可調,延時范圍為 1~5s;(3)檢測元件感知器密封性較強,可在惡劣條件下使用; (4)控制箱面板設有自校按鈕,按下自校按鈕時,可模擬現場故障,實現上述撕裂報警功能。
一、工作原理
1.該檢測儀基本原理是用運算放大器的負輸入一個穩定偏置,用以保證防止不必要的干擾,當運算放大器因傳感器接通而正向輸入時,因而輸出改變狀態,繼電器吸合(或者斷開)輸出一個開關量。

2. 本系列保護裝置適用各種不同規格的膠帶機,一臺控制箱可與4-6個感知器配套合用,安裝時無須對膠帶進行加工。
二、 安裝
ZL-A型感知器的安裝
A. 安裝本檢測時,需在溜槽底部出料口處開長600寬300的一個長方口。見圖(6)

A. 自制一活動門其規格為:
長度=溜槽開口長度+100mm,寬度=溜槽開口+100mm,厚度8mm。活動門上焊兩條筋,其規格為200×30×10,兩條筋之間的距離為1/2溜槽開口長度。屆時在活動門下100mm處焊接兩面三刀條圓形拉桿。
B. 用隨機配套的鉸鏈活動門固定在溜槽開口處,如圖(7)所示
C. 用隨機配套的拉簧連接活動門拉桿與溜槽側壁之間的固定板,從而將活動門拉緊關閉。
D. 用戶自制一個安裝支架,交感知器連同固定架(隨機配帶)焊在支架上,然后將支架焊接在膠帶機機架上,其位置要保證感知器受力頭部位于活動門兩條筋中間適當位置,保證活動門開啟時垂直擠壓感知器頭部,感知器受力頭部與活動門之間距離為20-30mm具體安裝見圖(7)-圖(8)。

1. ZL-B型感知器的安裝
(1) ZL-B-I型感知器的安裝
本檢測器安裝支架由用戶自行配制,用戶可根據感知器的安裝孔的大小和其規格尺寸的要求安裝。安裝時交感知器固定在帶式輸送機導料槽下端的上膠帶下面,安裝的數量應以需安裝部位膠帶下托輥數為準,并且保證感知器處于托輥前5-10mm,并在膠帶有載時保持感知器與膠帶底面距離5-10mm。
(2) ZL-B-II型感知器的安裝
本檢測器安裝支架出廠時已配制好,安裝步驟如下:
a. 將支承件焊接在膠帶機機架上,使兩側支承件保持在同一水平面上。
b. 將托架用螺栓固定在支承件上。
c. 將橫梁固定在兩側托架上(用螺栓)
d. 將感知器放在橫梁上,感知器兩端各焊一塊固定板用螺栓固定機架上
e. 將連接板固定在橫梁上,將感知器與連接板焊在一起。參見示意圖(9)

(3) 安裝位置
安裝時將感知器固定在帶式輸送機導料槽下端的上膠帶下面,安裝的數量應以需安裝部位膠帶下托輥數為準,并且保證感知器處于托輥*-20mm,并在膠帶有載時保持感知器與膠帶底面距離5-10mm。具體安裝見圖(10)

1. 控制箱安裝與接線
(1) 撕裂檢測器,使用一路檢測,二開關量輸出,四組撕裂感知器并接在一路輸入端子上。
(2) 接線端子位置左1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、1-2.AC220V、4、5、6、7、8、9、二路開關量輸出11、12輸入接點(可接撕裂感知器)。

Working principle and performan.
The ZL series longitudinal tear monitoring devi consists of a perptron and a control circuit. Perptron is longitudinal tear detecting element, when the conveyor belt conveyor is different material after penetration, with the conveyor belt running to drive foreign bodies make the perptron is extruded, or when the chute discharging mouth and conveyor belt in a material jam for extrusion between the arrangement of the sensors in the discharging mouth, the sensors are sensitive and reliable to detect the conveyor belt tearing and switch output signal, signal downtime. 3. Features of tear detector :(1) convenient installation; (2) the control circuit has a delay relay, so as to avoid the wrong action, the delay can be adjusted, and the delay range is 1~5s; (3) the detector has a strong sealing ability and can be used in harsh conditions; (4) the control box panel is equipped with the self-calibration button, which can simulate the field failure and realize the above tearing alarm function when the self-calibration button is pressed.
I. working principle.
1. Basic principle of the detector is used to enter a stable operational amplifier of negative bias, to ensure that prevent unnessary interferen, when the positive input by sensors through to operational amplifiers, so the output changes state, relay and a switch output (or off).

2. This series of protection devis are applicable to various kinds of rubber belt machines. One control box can be used with 4-6 sensors, and it is not nessary to pross the tape during installation.
Second, the installation
Installation of the zl-a sensor.
A. When the test is installed, a long square mouth of 600 width 300 is required at the bottom outlet of the chute. See figure (6)

A. The specification of the homemade activity door is:
Length = chute opening length +100mm, width = chute opening +100mm, thickness of 8mm. Two bars are welded on the movable door.
The specification is 200 by 30 x 10, and the distan between the two bars is 1/2 chute opening length. At that time, at the activity door 100mm high pla welding two sides of a round tie rod.
B. The hinge movable door with random matching is fixed in the chute opening, as shown in figure (7).

1. Installation of ZL-B sensor.
(1) installation of zl-b-i sensor.
The installation bracket of this detector is made by the user, and the user can install it according to the size of the installation hole of the perptron and the size of its specification. When installation/sensors fixed on the feed trough bottom of the belt conveyor below the belt, the installation should take the number of parts installation tape roller number shall prevail, and to ensure that sensors in the roller before 5-10 mm, and the tape when the load keep perptron and tape bottom distan 5-10 mm.
(2) installation of zl-b-ii perptron.
The installation of this detector has been prepared by the factory. The installation steps are as follows:
A. Weld the supporting parts to the machine frame of the belt, so that the supporting parts on both sides are kept at the same level.
B. Bolt the bracket on the supporting part.
C. Fix the beam on both brackets (with bolts)
D. Pla the sensor on the beam, and each end of the sensor shall be welded to a fixed plate with a bolted frame.
E. Attach the connection plate to the beam and weld the sensor to the connection plate. See schematic (9)

(3) installation position
