其他部位包蟲病:全身各個部位各臟器均可感染包蟲病，以腹腔各感染多見(如:腎、脾等)。少數(shù)病人可同時存在2種棘球蝴混合感染。[2] 一、包蟲皮內(nèi)試驗 （卡松尼試驗）簡便而實用，陽性率約95%。試驗方法以液抗原0.1-0.2毫升注射前臂皮內(nèi)，15-20分鐘后觀察反應(yīng)。陽性者局部呈紅色丘疹，直徑可達5厘米左右，并有偽足（即時反應(yīng)）、2--2.5小時后消退；約12-24小時后繼以皮膚紅腫及硬結(jié)（延遲反應(yīng)）持續(xù)1-3天。如病人血內(nèi)有足量特異抗體，則抗原在皮內(nèi)全被中和，不出現(xiàn)延遲反應(yīng)。肝病及惡性腫瘤病人偶有假陽性反應(yīng)。人是由于食入含包蚴的生或半生的動物肉類而感染。 包蚴抵抗力強， 能耐低溫， 豬肉中的包蚴在-15℃需儲存20天才死亡，-12℃可活57天，70℃時很快死亡，在腐肉中能存活2~3個月。

Pouch resistance is strong, and it can tolerate low temperatures. The burden in pork needs to be stored for 20 days at -15°C before it dies, it can live for 57 days at -12°C, and it can quickly die at 70°C. It can survive in carrion for 2~3 months.
