進口立式斜流泵產品描述：

供輸送溫度低于55℃的清水、雨水、海水及污水等。適合于電廠作循環泵用，也可作鋼鐵廠、船埠等工業用水、城市供水引水工程和農田灌溉等用。

進口立式斜流泵結構說明

1. 安裝方式

單層基礎：電動機與泵直聯安裝在一個基礎層上，泵吐出管可布置在泵基礎層之下，也可布置在基礎層之上。

雙層基礎：電動機與泵安裝在各自的基礎層之上，泵吐出管在兩基礎層之間。

2. 泵分為不可抽出式和轉子（包括導葉體）或泵整體可抽出式兩種。

3. 泵葉輪分為離心整體葉輪或斜流式整體葉輪，雙金屬整體葉輪和組合葉輪等。

4. 泵的軸向力由電機的止推軸承承受，也可根據需要設計成由泵本身的止推軸承來承受。

5. 泵的軸承為橡膠（耐磨、耐蝕、耐海水橡膠）導軸承，也有在驅動端（聯軸器下方）采用滾動軸承。泵軸通常設置護管，護管內充有潔凈的壓力水，用于導軸承的潤滑和沖洗，壓力水量可有流量繼電器控制以防缺水損壞軸承。

當泵用于輸送污水或含有顆粒的水時，導軸承端設有停車自動軸封裝置，以防停機后介質進入軸承內。

6. 輸送海水的泵，除采用耐海水電化腐蝕的材料外，還采用動電陽極法或外部電源法陰極保護裝置，以防止泵零件的電化腐蝕。

7. 泵通過剛性或彈性聯軸器由電機直接驅動。

8. 泵吸入錐管由通常的喇叭形和改進的橢圓形兩種。
