產品描述：
1、可用于火力發電廠垃圾滲濾液集水坑、洗煤場積煤水坑，高濃度含煤渣廢水排送。

 2、可用市政、化工、印染、醫藥、造船、鑄造、食品等行業抽吸濃稠液、污濁

液、糊狀體、流砂及城市河道的流動污泥等亦可用作煤礦排除含有泥塊小礫石的流體。

    3、若與高壓水泵，水槍配合，組成水力機械化土方工程機組，就可用作于土地

平整，河道與池塘的疏浚、鑿開等小型水利工程的挖方與輸方，以及城市的防空工程，地下工程。

4、用于冶煉廠氧化鐵皮坑中含有高濃度氧化鐵皮的廢水等。

5、輸送介質的流量、揚程等參數可以由用戶選定（流量范圍3m3/H -800m3/H, 揚程范圍5-300M）

特點：

本泵系單級單吸立式離心泵，流體沿泵軸的軸線成 70°方向出，主要部件有蝸殼、葉輪、泵座、泵殼、支撐筒、電機座、電動機等。蝸殼、泵座、其他過流部件、葉輪螺母等均是316L鑄造、耐腐性、耐腐蝕性較好，加工工藝方便。

         葉輪為三片單圓弦彎葉，選用半開式葉輪或者螺旋式，并采用可鍛鑄鐵、所以強度高，耐腐蝕：加工方便，通過性好，效率高。三單圓式葉輪能很好的起到攪拌作用，取代了傳統的攪拌頭架構，降低了水泵的軸功率，節約的電機配套成本及電費。

             為了減輕重量和減少車削量、泵軸是優質碳素鋼冷拉圓鋼制造或316L。

         泵座中裝有四只骨架油封或機封和軸套，防止軸磨損，延長軸的使用壽命。

泵體下部無球軸承，按API610標準制造，泵體外可加裝外接冷卻水或沖洗水管，較傳統的清水液下泵，可以輸送較高溫度液體

         本泵可垂直或傾斜使用，占地面積小，蝸殼需埋在工作介質中工作，容易啟動，不需引水，旋轉方向應從電機尾部看是順時針方向工作。

總機長度備有各種規格，以便使用單位根據用途因地制宜地選用。
