1、采用美國流體*的食品級(jí)環(huán)氧樹脂高溫靜電噴涂技術(shù)對(duì)水泵過流部分進(jìn)行涂裝，過流面耐磨，不繡蝕，不結(jié)垢，對(duì)水質(zhì)沒有任何影響。 2、水泵驅(qū)動(dòng)方式，采用電機(jī)插入泵軸內(nèi)孔直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，泵軸與電機(jī)較高的同心度，優(yōu)異的葉輪動(dòng)靜平衡性，保證泵的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。 3、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎*，泵頭獨(dú)立組裝，葉輪和泵軸的重力由泵頭的軸承支撐；與傳統(tǒng)水水泵比較，減少電機(jī)軸承的負(fù)載，加長電機(jī)軸承的壽命。 4、泵大優(yōu)點(diǎn)：可以先安裝泵頭，再裝電機(jī)；和泵頭可以分別購買，更大程度降低用戶采購成本；甚至在多年后需要更換較多部件時(shí)，直接買新泵頭來自行更換舊泵頭，更經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠。 5、密封----超長使用壽命的機(jī)械密封，密封品牌可配置法蘭，人本等品牌機(jī)械密封。

1、吸入壓力≤1．6MPa，或泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力 ≤1．6MPa，即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤1．6MPa、泵靜壓試驗(yàn)壓力為2．5MPa，訂貨時(shí)請(qǐng)注明系統(tǒng)工作壓力。泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力大于1．6MPa時(shí)應(yīng) 在訂貨時(shí)另行提出，以便在制造時(shí)泵的過流部分和聯(lián)接部分采用鑄鋼材料。

2、環(huán)境溫度<40℃，相對(duì)濕度<95％。

3、所輸送介質(zhì)中固體顆粒體積含量不超過單位體積的0．1％，粒度<0．2mm。
