消防車泵房冬季常用的保溫方式

我國地域遼闊，南北緯度跨度較大，特別是在冬季，南北氣候分布差別非常明顯。東北地區，冬天氣溫 低甚至可達零下四五十度。在寒冬，載滿滅火劑的消防車在救火的中途，其進出水閥門、進出水管路、消防水泵，都有被凍裂的可能。如果消防泵被凍裂，那整個消防車將失去它本該發揮的作用。所以，北方地區，在冬季對消防泵的保溫顯得尤為重要。

1．泵房保溫的目的

維持消防車冬季出警時泵房內的溫度，防止由于環境溫度低于0℃導致管路內的水結冰，從而導致管路、閥門、泵體等出現漲裂損傷。大家都知道，冰的密度小于水。當相同質量的水凝結成冰時，體積會發生膨脹；而消防車管路的封閉空間會阻止這種膨脹， 終就會導致在膨脹力的作用下管路、閥門、泵體等出現漲裂的情況。

2．小型電動消防車常見的幾種御寒方式：

（1）“穿棉褲”：消防車泵房管路常見的保溫方式就是在管路外面包裹一層毛氈或隔溫材料。這屬于被動式，就像大家小時候見到過的冰棍箱，在冰棍上蓋上一層棉被，用于阻止熱量散發。

（2）“電褥子”：在球閥及管路上纏繞電阻絲，通過電阻絲發熱來對管路進行加溫。這就屬于主動式了，就像給泵房里面鋪上一層電褥子，通過主動加溫方式來防止結凍。這種方式常見在出口球閥上。

（3）“吹空調”：在泵房內安置熱風機，通過向泵房內吹熱風的方式來保證泵房溫度。這種方式需要泵房密封，防止散熱太快。這也屬于主動方式，就像在泵房里安裝了一個供熱空調。

（4）“電暖氣”：在泵房內放置一臺家用電暖氣，用于泵房內加溫。這屬于臨時應急處理辦法，且需要泵房內有足夠空間來放置電暖氣。
