空氣泡沫槍是一種能產生和噴射空氣泡沫，用以撲救中型油類火災的比較輕便的消防器材。

空氣泡沫槍由噴嘴、啟閉柄、手輪，槍筒、吸液管、密封圈、吸液管接頭、槍體、管牙接口等組成。噴嘴是用以控制流量和產生負壓，啟閉柄是空氣泡沫槍液流開關和吸液開關，手輪用來控制泡沫槍噴射方向，槍筒用以調節空氣泡沫膨化的動態平衡，吸液管用以吸取泡沫液，密封圈用以密封，吸液管接頭用以的吸液管連接，槍體是空氣泡沫槍的支座，管牙接口用以與消防水帶連接。

二、    工作原理

空氣泡沫槍進水口端與消防水帶連接，吸液管接口與吸液連接，吸液管另一端插入泡沫液桶內，當水流以0.7MPa壓力通過水帶進入槍內，經噴嘴噴出時，槍體內在水流的作用下形成負壓，此時泡沫液通過吸液管吸入槍體內與水混合，當混合液由噴嘴射出時，由于射速再次形成負壓，吸入大量空氣與混合液混合，當經過槍筒使空氣泡沫混合膨化，空氣泡沫達到平衡后由槍筒噴出。

三、    用戶須知

user guidelines

1、          空氣泡沫槍應配用3%-6%的泡沫液

2、          噴射時，應使泡沫向順風方向噴射，避免測風和逆風噴射

3、          在不采用吸液管吸取泡沫時，消防水泵上需配備泡沫比例混合器，以便按規定比例輸送泡沫混合液

4、          空氣泡沫槍的工作壓力是指泡沫槍進水口端的水流壓力

5、          空氣泡沫槍必須經常檢查并保持槍體、手輪、槍筒、噴嘴、管牙接口、密封件的完整好用

6、          盡量避免磕碰摔打，以免損壞或影響使用，造成不必要的損失

7、          使用完畢，要將各部位清洗干凈，置于陰涼干燥的地方妥善保管

8、          平時不得與酸堿等化學物質混放，遠離熱源，以防各橡膠部件和高壓聚乙稀件老化變形

9、          運輸的貯存中均應避免重壓、撞擊、雨淋、曝曬和接觸腐蝕性化學物質

10、       產品保質期1年，因安裝或使用不當等引起和質量問題或經濟損失，不屬于本公司責任范圍
