ZBF型自吸式塑料磁力傳動離心泵簡稱(自吸塑料磁力泵)是結合新型納米材料、自吸結構和磁力傳動技術，并經過公司技術人員反復研究試驗而成功的產品，具有自吸性能、腐蝕、無泄漏等優點。

自吸塑料磁力泵采用外混式軸向回水結構，泵體由吸液室、儲液室、蝸殼、回流孔、氣液分離室等組成，見示意圖。泵啟動后在離心力的作用下，吸水室中的剩余液體與進液管路中的空氣被葉輪攪拌成氣水混合物，混合物經蝸殼進入氣液分離室，隨著流速的減慢，導致氣水分離，空氣由泵出液口排出，液經回水孔返回泵內，經過多次循環，進液管道中的空氣被排凈，使泵內形成一定的真空度，達到自吸的作用。

ZBF自吸式塑料磁力泵以靜密封取代動密封，使過流部件處于密封狀態，解決了其它離心泵軸封無法避免的跑、冒、滴、漏、之弊病，過流部件的材料均采用耐腐蝕納米聚丙烯為主要材料.塑料自吸磁力泵使用范圍廣,耐腐蝕性能強,使用方便等優點.該泵結構緊湊,外形美觀,體積小,噪音低,運行可靠,廣泛應用于石油,化工,制藥,印染,電鍍,食品,環保等企業的生產流程中輸送不含顆粒雜質的腐蝕性液體,尤其適用于易燃,易暴,易揮發,有毒和貴重液體的輸送.
