扇形閘門廣泛應用于建材、冶金、礦山、化工、電力等行業，是各類落料系統的控制裝置。
The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, chemical, electric power industries etc. It is the control equipment of dropping material system.

結構簡單，由優質鋼板焊接而成，具有開啟靈活、無卡阻等特點。配有傳動定位裝置，可隨時根據工況需要確定閘門的開啟角度，調節物料流量。特別適用于無粘度的固體粉料及小于Φ30mm顆粒料、晶體料的輸送。
This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

工作原理：
Working principle:
扇形閘門由本體、扇形閘板、軸、密封副、執行機構等部件構成。手動或執行機構推動搖桿使扇形閘板沿軸心旋轉開啟，物料隨即下落。待接料裝置滿載后再推動搖桿使扇形閘板復位，關閉截斷下落的物料。
The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.
使用說明：
Usage explanation:
l 安裝時請注意閘門本體上標明介質流向，兩法蘭連接時必需加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊螺栓。
l 運行時請辨清扇形閘板開關方向。執行機構請正確接線。
l 若長期存放應使設備處于關閉狀態，各傳動部位加潤滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。
l Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt
l Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.
l Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
