SCZ35-4型伸縮臂叉裝機，底盤采用四輪驅動，剛性懸掛；液力機械傳動，液壓動力轉向和液壓制動，后輪轉向。作業裝置為兩節四邊形伸縮式工作臂，標準車型配有貨叉側移裝置。該車可用于集裝箱內托盤集裝物資的掏箱、裝箱作業和對各類集裝物資進行裝卸、碼垛和短途搬運作業。
該車適合在多種工作環境下作業，是工礦、企業、建筑、建材、港口、市政工程等行業裝卸、起重、運輸的理想設備。該車還備有鏟斗、吊鉤、吊臂等各種不同屬具供用戶選擇、安裝使用。其裝卸高度及越野性能是普通叉車所*的。
