   該線采用觸摸屏動態顯示操作，PLC程序控制；主機變頻調速。瓶子先經超聲波粗洗，后由特質瓶斗傳輸，經過九組工位內外壓力沖洗后，進入高溫隧道烘箱內滅菌、然后轉入灌封機，由漸進式攔邊網帶進瓶、陶瓷泵跟蹤灌裝、柔性單刀或三刀滾壓跟蹤軋蓋、凸輪式收瓶裝置等*工序，自動化程度高。是口服液高產量新型的理想設備。

本線具有在線清洗、超溫報警、無瓶不灌、自動計數等功能。
