   該線采用觸摸屏動(dòng)態(tài)顯示操作，PLC程序控制；主機(jī)變頻調(diào)速。瓶子先經(jīng)超聲波粗洗，后由特質(zhì)瓶斗傳輸，經(jīng)過九組工位內(nèi)外壓力沖洗后，進(jìn)入高溫隧道烘箱內(nèi)滅菌、然后轉(zhuǎn)入灌封機(jī)，由漸進(jìn)式攔邊網(wǎng)帶進(jìn)瓶、陶瓷泵跟蹤灌裝、柔性單刀或三刀滾壓跟蹤軋蓋、凸輪式收瓶裝置等*工序，自動(dòng)化程度高。是口服液高產(chǎn)量新型的理想設(shè)備。

本線具有在線清洗、超溫報(bào)警、無瓶不灌、自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)等功能。

Lt is the latest oral solution ideal for high-volume equipment. This line has on-line washing，over-temperature alarm，no bottle no filling，no bottle no capping，automatic counting functions.
