一、適用范圍
本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓0.6/1kV的線路中，供輸配電能用。
Scope ofapplication
It is used to transmit and distribute power on the power lineof A.C.rated voltage 0.6/1kv.
二、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
GB/T12706.1等同采用**電工委員會IEC60502。

三、使用特點
1、電纜導(dǎo)體長期允許工作溫度不超過70°C:
2、短路時(最長持續(xù)時間不超過5秒)，電纜導(dǎo)體的** 溫度
不超過160°C;
3、敷設(shè)電纜時的環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于0°C
Working Condition
Long-term working temperature allowed by cable conductorshall be no more than 70°C.
Max. temperature of cable conductor shall be no more than160'C during short circuit (the longest lasting time shall be nomore than 5 seconds).
Environment temperature for installation shall be no less than 0°C
四、電纜基本型號名稱 Type，Description and Application occasion
注:
1、本公司可根據(jù)用戶的需要提供阻燃型、耐火型電力電纜產(chǎn)品,訂貨時在原型號前加“ZR-”表示阻燃型，加“NH-”表示耐火型
2、本公司也可根據(jù)用戶的需要,提供VV32型、VLV32型鋼絲鎧裝電力電纜,單芯鋼絲鎧裝電纜應(yīng)采用隔磁措施。
Note:
1: We also produce flame-retardant fire resistant type power cable according to the requirement of the customer, Prefix “ZR'should be added to the original type of cable in ordering flame retardant cable; prefix “NH”for fire resistant cable.
2: We also produce VV32,VLV32 type steel wire armored power cable according to the requirement of the customer. Magnetism-separated measure shall be adopted by single core steel wire armored cable.
五、生產(chǎn)范圍 Production Scope

1: 本公司可根據(jù)用戶需要，提供五芯結(jié)構(gòu)電纜產(chǎn)品。
2: 用于交流系統(tǒng)的單芯鎧裝電纜的鎧裝層應(yīng)采用非磁性金屬帶繞包。

2: Non-magnetic metal tape wrapping should be adopted as armored layer for single core armored cable for A.C. system
六、電纜主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
1、20C時導(dǎo)體**直流電阻值應(yīng)滿足GB/T3956標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的2類導(dǎo)體的規(guī)定。
2、工頻交流耐壓試驗 A.C.Voltage Test單芯無屏蔽電纜應(yīng)將其浸入水中1h，在導(dǎo)體和水之間施 加試驗電壓3.5kV/5 min:多芯電纜應(yīng)依次在每一根絕緣導(dǎo)體對其余導(dǎo)體之間施加試驗電壓3.5kV/5 min，絕緣均應(yīng)無擊穿。
Main Technical parameter of cable
Max value of conductor DC resistance shall meet the requirementof conductor of category 2 stipulated in GB/T3956 standard at 20CFor single core cable without shielding, voltage test of 3.5kV underpower frequency is put on for 5 minutes between conductor andwater when be immersed in the water for one hour. For multi-core cable. between each insulated conductor and otherconductor, voltage test of 3.5kV under power frequency is puton for 5 minutes without puncture of insulation.

1、單芯電纜平行敷設(shè)時中心距離:185mm?及以下為電纜直
徑的2倍:240mm?及以上為90mm。
2、導(dǎo)電線芯**允許工作溫度:70C，周圍環(huán)境溫度:30C。
