衛(wèi)生級(jí)換向截止閥

應(yīng)用:該換向座閥是一種衛(wèi)生級(jí)單座氣動(dòng)操作閥門，在食品加工工業(yè)，飲料生產(chǎn)制藥和精細(xì)化工工業(yè)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。

操作原理該座閥由單作用或雙作用的氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器自動(dòng)操作。壓縮空氣推動(dòng)軸來定位閥門開或關(guān)的位置。

單作用執(zhí)行器的氣缸180度的旋轉(zhuǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了閥門的常開和常閉型。

尺寸從DN25/1“到DN100/4" 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為常閉型閥門(NC)

通過簡單的改變氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器的活塞，閥門就可以轉(zhuǎn)變成常開型(NO) 根據(jù)3A 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)衛(wèi)生設(shè)計(jì) 360度可調(diào)節(jié)外部結(jié)構(gòu) 開啟的窗口用于觀看檢查軸密封情況通過松開卡箍，就可以簡單的拆卸內(nèi)部部件 焊接式連接口(毫米或英寸)

Operating principle Seatvalves are operated automatically by a single-acting or a

double-actingpneumatic actuator. By supplying compressed air，the shaft is moved to place the valve in the "open" or”closed”position.

The180°rotation of the pneumatic cylinder of single-actingactuators allows to have a normally open or normally closed valve.
