【原理介紹】INH-A，抑制素A。抑制素是一種異二聚體的糖蛋白。完整的抑制素分子是一個分子量約為32KD的分子，由兩個不同的亞單位(a亞單位和b亞單位)經(jīng)二硫鍵連接而成。牛抑制素A(INH－A)ELISA試劑盒β-亞單位與一個βA-亞單位組成抑制素-A；與βB-亞單位組成抑制素-B。兩個B亞基組成了抑制素家族中的另外一種物質(zhì)叫做激活素，他們都屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子家族。
