檢測Anti-Cathepsin E抗體,組織蛋白酶E抗體產品說明：Cathepsin E is an intracellular aspartic protease of the pepsin family, which is structurally highly homologous to the lysosomal aspartic protease cathepsin D. Cathepsin E is less abundant than Cathepsin D and has a more limited distribution, which includes lymphoid tissues, gastrointestinal tract tissue, blood cells, microglia and activated B lymphocytes. It is not expressed in resting B lymphocytes. Cathepsin E may have a role in immune function. It is most likely involved in the processing of antigenic peptides during MHC class II-mediated antigen presentation. It may also play a role in activation-induced lymphocyte depletion in the thymus, and in neuronal degeneration and glial cell activation in the brain.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
連續使用時4°C存儲，保質期六個月補體C1qα鏈多肽抗體*存儲時建議分裝為10ul以上小包裝-20°C存儲，并避免反復凍融，保質期一年。
