日本SMC旋轉氣缸對于接近行程末端時速度較高的氣缸,不采取必要措施,活塞就會以很大的力(能量)撞擊端蓋,引起振動和損壞機件。為了使活塞在行程末端運動平穩,不產生沖擊現象。在氣缸兩端加設緩沖裝置,一般稱為SMC旋轉氣缸。SMC旋轉氣缸工作原理是:當活塞在壓縮空氣推動下向右運動時,缸右腔的氣體經柱塞孔4及缸蓋上的氣孔8排出。在活塞運動接近行程末端時,活塞右側的緩沖柱塞3將柱塞孔4堵死、活塞繼續向右運動時,封在氣缸右腔內的剩余氣體被壓縮,緩慢地通過節流閥6及氣孔8排出,被壓縮的氣體所產生的壓力能如果與活塞運動所具有的全部能量相平衡,即會取得緩沖效果,使活塞在行程末端運動平穩,不產生沖擊。
普通氣缸一般是缸體本身通過安裝附件固定在機座上, 而由活塞往復運動帶動活塞桿前進與后退,從而對負載實現推或拉的動作。
而旋轉氣缸則是將缸體本身固定在旋轉體上與旋轉負載一起旋轉, 供氣組件是固定不動的。
這樣的結構與普通氣缸的結構是不同的, 如果在一個旋轉缸體與不旋轉的供氣閥之間采用軸承連接, 就可使旋轉氣缸很靈活地旋轉。
旋轉氣缸的工作原理
(1)*步, 復位。從氣口B 通人氣壓(0.1-0.8MPa), 同時從氣口A 排大氣, 活塞及活塞桿向后退回, 當活塞碰到缸體右端時便停止, 活塞桿端處于a點位置, 這種狀態就是復位狀態。
(2)第二步, 工作。從氣口A 通人氣壓(0.1-0.8MPa), 同時從氣口B排大氣, 活塞桿及活塞向前伸出。當活塞碰到前蓋時便停止運動。此時活塞桿端處于b點位置, ab之間的距離就是活塞的行程S。這種狀態就是旋轉氣缸的工作狀態。
重復*步如此循環, 使缸體旋轉, 活塞帶活塞桿作往復移動。
旋轉氣缸工作狀態能不能像馬達一樣360度不停旋轉?還是只能旋轉一定角度?
