進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)球閥工作原理

 當(dāng)氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器與電路和系統(tǒng)氣源接通后，空氣通過管道A或B管進(jìn)入A缸（B缸）推動(dòng)活塞向一端運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而帶動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)軸和球芯轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90°。

 氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器頂部連動(dòng)可視器，當(dāng)綠色標(biāo)志指向“開”字時(shí)標(biāo)志閥門開啟。

回信器信號(hào)燈綠燈亮?xí)r閥門處在開啟位置，而紅燈亮?xí)r閥門處在關(guān)閉位置。

When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and system of gas supply, air enters the cylinder through the A pipeline A or B tube (B cylinder) to push the piston to the end of movement, so as to drive the rotary shaft and the ball core rotates 90 degrees.

進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)球閥安裝說明：

1、球閥前后管線已準(zhǔn)備好。前后管道應(yīng)同軸，兩法蘭密封面應(yīng)平行。管道應(yīng)能承受球閥的重量，否則管道上必須配有適當(dāng)?shù)闹巍?/span> 
2、把閥前后管線吹掃干凈，清除掉管道內(nèi)的油污、焊渣和一切其它雜質(zhì)。 
3、核對(duì)球閥的標(biāo)志，查明球閥完好無損。將閥全開全閉數(shù)次證實(shí)其工作正常。 
4、拆去球閥兩端連接法蘭上的保護(hù)件。 
5、檢查閥孔清除可能有的污物，然后清洗閥孔。閥座與球之間即使僅有微小顆粒的異物也可能會(huì)損傷閥座密封面。 
6、把閥裝上管線。閥的任何一端都可裝在上游端。用手柄驅(qū)動(dòng)的閥可安裝在管道上的任意位置。但帶有齒輪箱或氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的球閥應(yīng)直立安裝，即安裝在水平管道上，且驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置處于管道上方。 
7、閥法蘭與管線法蘭間按管路設(shè)計(jì)要求裝上密封墊。 
8、法蘭上的螺栓需對(duì)稱、逐次、均勻擰緊。 
9、連接氣動(dòng)管線（采用氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器時(shí)）。 

Imported pneumatic ball valve installation instructions:

2, the valve before and after the pipeline purge clean, remove the oil pipeline, welding slag and all other impurities.  

3, check the ball logo, identify the ball intact. Fully open the valve fully closed several times to confirm its normal work.  

4, remove the valve at both ends of the flange on the protection.  

5, check the valve hole cleaning may have dirt, and then clean the valve hole. Between the valve seat and the ball even if only tiny particles of foreign body may damage the valve seat sealing surface.  

6, the valve installed on the pipeline. Any end of the valve can be arranged on the upper end of the valve. The valve can be installed in any position on the pipe by the handle. But with the gear box or pneumatic drive ball valve should be installed upright, that is installed in the horizontal pipe, and the driving device in the pipeline above.  

7, the valve flange and pipe flange according to the piping design requirements of the sealing gasket.  

8, the flange bolts need to symmetry, successive, uniform tightening.  

9, the connection of pneumatic pipeline (using pneumatic drive).
