伺服系統(tǒng)(servo mechanism)是使物體的位置、方位、狀態(tài)等輸出被控量能夠跟隨輸入目標(biāo)(或給定值)的任意變化的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。伺服主要靠脈沖來定位,基本上可以這樣理解,伺服電機(jī)接收到1個(gè)脈沖,就會(huì)旋轉(zhuǎn)1個(gè)脈沖對(duì)應(yīng)的角度,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)位移,因?yàn)椋欧姍C(jī)本身具備發(fā)出脈沖的功能,所以伺服電機(jī)每旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)角度,都會(huì)發(fā)出對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)量的脈沖,這樣,和伺服電機(jī)接受的脈沖形成了呼應(yīng),或者叫閉環(huán),如此一來,系統(tǒng)就會(huì)知道發(fā)了多少脈沖給伺服電機(jī),同時(shí)又收了多少脈沖回來,這樣,就能夠很精確的控制電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)精確的定位,可以達(dá)到0.001mm。

交流同步伺服、交流異步伺服的額定轉(zhuǎn)速與極數(shù)是否有關(guān)?n1=60f/2p?額定轉(zhuǎn)速以下輸出恒轉(zhuǎn)矩,額定轉(zhuǎn)速以上恒功率,那么額定轉(zhuǎn)速的界定是由電機(jī)本身的機(jī)械決定還是驅(qū)動(dòng)器來決定?
有關(guān),同步轉(zhuǎn)速n1=60f/2p,異步機(jī)還有滑差s,n=(1-s)n1,同步機(jī)n=n1,2p為極對(duì)數(shù)。控制中弱磁速度的界定是由驅(qū)動(dòng)器判斷的。
額定轉(zhuǎn)速可以由幾個(gè)方面決定:同步伺服的反電勢(shì)高低、電機(jī)鐵心材料允許的驅(qū)動(dòng)電流交變頻率、額定轉(zhuǎn)矩下電機(jī)的zui大功率、zui高溫升等,zui主要還是反電勢(shì);異步電機(jī)主要受材料允許的zui高頻率以及極對(duì)數(shù)限制。
額定轉(zhuǎn)速的界定由電機(jī)本身的機(jī)械和電器特性來決定。
交、直流伺服的區(qū)分是否取決于驅(qū)動(dòng)器與電機(jī)間的電流或電壓的形式?但直流無刷伺服的電流方向也變化?是否可以理解為交流?交流伺服是否是以直流無刷伺服的原理為基礎(chǔ)演變的?
交流伺服通常指以正弦波驅(qū)動(dòng)方式的伺服,無刷驅(qū)動(dòng)相當(dāng)于整流子數(shù)為6(7)的有刷直流電機(jī)的控制精度,一般低速特性較差。商業(yè)上也有稱他為交流伺服,僅因?yàn)樗Φ袅穗娝ⅲ匦钥峙卤群玫慕涣魉欧⒅绷魉欧胁罹啵?0000倍的調(diào)速比無刷電機(jī)絕難達(dá)到。
直流無刷馬達(dá)其實(shí)是自控式永磁同步馬達(dá)的一種,不過是矩形波供電,而通常說的永磁同步馬達(dá)是正弦波供電的。之所以說是“直流電機(jī)”,主要考慮到無刷馬達(dá)的控制器相當(dāng)于直流有刷馬達(dá)的電刷和換向器,實(shí)現(xiàn)“電子換向”,從直流母線側(cè)看相當(dāng)于直流電機(jī)。
直流伺服用于直流電機(jī),不是直流無刷電機(jī);直流無刷電機(jī)與交流伺服電機(jī)其實(shí)是一回事,就是交流同步電機(jī)(交流永磁同步伺服電機(jī))。

p一般表示電機(jī)的極對(duì)數(shù)數(shù),2p是極數(shù)。
1對(duì)極包括N極和S極,極數(shù)當(dāng)然是極對(duì)數(shù)的兩倍。
同步電機(jī)機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)速=60*運(yùn)行頻率/極對(duì)數(shù);
異步電機(jī)機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)速=60*運(yùn)行頻率*(1-滑差率)/極對(duì)數(shù)

伺服控制器和變頻器器差不多,但對(duì)元器件的要求精度和可靠性更高。目前主流的伺服控制器均采用數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)作為控制核心,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)比較復(fù)雜的控制算法,事項(xiàng)數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模塊(IPM)為核心設(shè)計(jì)的驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,IPM內(nèi)部集成了驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,同時(shí)具有過電壓、過電流、過熱、欠壓等故障檢測(cè)保護(hù)電路,在主回路中還加入軟啟動(dòng)電路,以減小啟動(dòng)過程對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的沖擊。 功率驅(qū)動(dòng)單元首先通過三相全橋整流電路對(duì)輸入的三相電或者市電進(jìn)行整流,得到相應(yīng)的直流電。經(jīng)過整流好的三相電或市電,再通過三相正弦PWM電壓型逆變器變頻來驅(qū)動(dòng)三相永磁式同步交流伺服電機(jī)。功率驅(qū)動(dòng)單元的整個(gè)過程可以簡(jiǎn)單的說就是AC-DC-AC的過程。整流單元(AC-DC)主要的拓?fù)潆娐肥侨嗳珮虿豢卣麟娐贰?br />伺服控制器也是伺服系統(tǒng)的核心,它的精度決定了伺服控制系統(tǒng)的整體精度。

伺服控制器和通用變頻器的區(qū)別
1、伺服控制器通過自動(dòng)化接口可很方便地進(jìn)行操作模塊和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線模塊的轉(zhuǎn)換,同時(shí)使用不同的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的控制模式(RS232、RS485、光纖、InterBus、ProfiBus),而通用變頻器的控制方式比較單一。
2、伺服控制器直接連接旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器或編碼器,構(gòu)成速度、位移控制閉環(huán)。而通用變頻器只能組成開環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。
