進口脫硫泵概述

單級單吸臥式脫硫泵，主要用作吸收塔循環泵使用，具有流量范圍寬、高效節能等優點。該系列泵配有結構緊湊的X型托架，可大大節約占地空間。同時，我公司針對脫硫系統用泵特點開發了多種材料。

脫硫泵系可分為：泵頭部件、軸封部件和傳動部件。
1、泵頭部件：
脫硫泵為雙泵殼結構，即前、后泵殼帶有可更換的金屬內襯，包括前、后護板、護套、葉輪。前、后泵殼為垂直中開結構，其材質分別采用普通灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵或鑄鋼。前后泵殼用螺栓連接，后泵殼有止口與托架連接，泵的吐出口一般可按八個方位360度旋轉，葉輪前后蓋板帶有背葉片，以減少泄漏，提高泵的使用壽命和效率，TL型泵葉輪與軸為螺紋連接，這樣拆裝方便些。
2、軸封部件:
軸封采用機械密封：具有無泄漏、可靠性高，適于輸送貴重、有毒或強腐蝕性漿體。
3、傳動部件:
脫硫泵一般采用同一系列的傳動部件，包括托架和軸承組件。其泵軸直徑大、剛性好、懸臂短，在惡劣的工況下也不會彎曲變形和振動，根據傳遞的功率不同，選用深溝球軸承、角接觸球軸承、普通重型單列或雙列圓錐滾子軸承。軸承采用稀油潤滑（或脂潤滑），軸承體兩端的壓蓋、高速油封（或端蓋、迷宮套及迷宮環）等，可有效地防止渣漿等污物進入軸承，保證軸承能夠安全運行，具有較高的壽命。

進口脫硫泵結構特點：
1.采用可更換的硬質合金內襯或橡膠內襯的雙泵殼結構，具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蝕性，易于維護、可靠性高。
2.后拆式結構，在不拆卸進、出口管路的情況下，方便的檢查或更換葉輪與機械密封。
3.高效的硬質合金葉輪。
4.油潤滑、高容量的軸承組件。
5.軸封采用集裝式機械密封，壽命長，維護量少。
6.泵與驅動機直聯的設計。

 1、高效節能：
一般的雜質泵輸送漿體時，其效率總是下降的，而且濃度越高，粒徑越大，降低的幅度也越大。而二相流渣漿泵輸送漿體時，其效率一般高于清水。這是因為泵的水力設計是以固液二相流場設計的，對清水和渣漿的輸送來講， 美國泰樂脫硫泵更適應漿體的運輸，同時該系列泵的零件表面光潔度高，配合間隙小，容積效率高，綜合效率比非金屬泵高5%以上。 
2、耐腐蝕、耐磨蝕、使用壽命長：
過流部件采用全金屬高鉻合金Cr30，耐磨損與耐磨蝕兼顧。表面晶間間隙小，且有優良的耐氯化腐蝕及更高的機械性能。年磨損量僅為0.56mm/年。具有使用壽命長的優點。 
3、節水環保：
軸封采用機械密封方式，取代盤根加副葉輪的密封方式，沖洗水流量1m3/h即可，大大減少了工業用水。實現了節水、密封性好、無泄漏的要求。由于不采用副葉輪，使泵的運行效率提高了3%以上。同時也大大減輕了操作者的維修勞動強度。
4、可靠性高，維修方便，運行費用低。

Single stage single suction horizontal desulfurization pump, mainly used as absorption tower circulation pump, with wide flow range, high efficiency and other advantages. Desulfurization pump system can be divided into: pump head parts, shaft seal parts and transmission parts.

1, pump head parts:

The desulfurization pump is a double pump shell structure, namely, the front and the rear pump shell can be replaced with a metal lining, including the front and rear panels, jacket, impeller. Before and after the pump shell for the vertical structure of the middle, the material were used in ordinary gray cast iron, ductile iron or cast steel. Before and after the pump shell bolt connection, after the pump shell has spigot connected with a bracket, the pump outlet can be according to the eight 360 degree rotation, around the impeller cover with the back blade, to reduce leakage, improve service life and efficiency of the pump impeller, pump shaft and type TL threaded connection, so convenient disassembly.

2, seal parts:

The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal: it has no leakage and high reliability. It is suitable for conveying valuable, toxic or corrosive slurry.

3, transmission parts:

Generally the same series of transmission components, including bracket and bearing assembly. The shaft diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, in bad conditions will not bend deformation and vibration, according to the different transmission power, selection of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, ordinary heavy single or double row tapered roller bearing. Bearing with oil lubrication (or grease), both ends of the bearing gland, high-speed seal (or end cap, and the labyrinth labyrinth ring), which can effectively prevent the slurry and dirt into the bearing, bearing can ensure safe operation, high life.
