德國KAYSEN凱森進口滑片泵概述
滑片泵主要由轉(zhuǎn)子、定子(即泵體)、滑片及兩側(cè)蓋板所組成。依靠偏心轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時泵缸與轉(zhuǎn)子上相鄰兩葉片間所形成的工作容積的變化來輸送液體或使之增壓的回轉(zhuǎn)泵(見泵)。
轉(zhuǎn)子是具有徑向槽的圓柱體，槽內(nèi)安放滑片，滑片可以在槽內(nèi)自由滑動。轉(zhuǎn)子偏心地安放在泵體內(nèi)，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子由原動機帶動旋轉(zhuǎn)時，滑片依靠離心力或彈簧力緊壓在泵體的內(nèi)壁上。在轉(zhuǎn)子前半轉(zhuǎn)，相鄰兩葉片所包圍的空間逐漸增大形成局部真空而吸入液體。而后半轉(zhuǎn)，此空間逐漸減小，擠壓液體，將液體壓送到排出管中。根據(jù)滑片的安裝位置分有內(nèi)裝滑片泵(滑片裝在轉(zhuǎn)子上)和外裝滑片泵(滑片裝在泵體上)。一般這類泵工作壓力在7MPa以下。

打開泵蓋，提出舊滑片，插入新滑片。只需幾分鐘，您的泵就可以重新投入工作。日常檢查同樣容易。
●安全靈敏的壓力保證
泵中設(shè)置安全溢流閥，在出口系統(tǒng)突然關(guān)閉時，出口壓力上升量不超過0.15Mpa，這一方面保證泵和系統(tǒng)的安全，另一方
面，保證電機不過載。
●較強的自吸能力
用于抽吸地下罐時，提升高度可達7.5m。
●高效率
泵內(nèi)滑片受離心力、機械推力、液壓力的聯(lián)合作用，緊貼定子內(nèi)曲線運動，從而使泵具有*的高效率。
●保持性能不變的自調(diào)滑片
滑片從轉(zhuǎn)子槽中滑出，不斷補充磨損，而不降低泵的性能。這與齒輪泵有本質(zhì)的區(qū)別。
●輸送剪力敏感性液體的能力
液力滑片高效能的設(shè)計使泵在驅(qū)動時減少了滑片對流體的剪力及攪動，避免了因此而產(chǎn)生的流體性質(zhì)的改變。

PUMP REPAIR AND SERVICE
Euroflo offer a professional pump repair service with a fully equipped workshop and test facilities. Our service is operated and supported by highly experienced personnel who have built an expert
knowledge in their field. Euroflo aims to make your service experience as fast and convenient as possible. We will speak to you in plain English and we promise to repair your pump to the highest
technical standard while minimising your costs.
Euroflo have fully equipped workshops with full test facilities. We provide a 3 day strip and estimate service, so that you can assess your budget requirement quickly. We can usually repair your
pump within 7 days after instruction to proceed, subject to spares availability. We will repair your pump only with manufacturer’s original parts. If we conclude that there are sufficient
operating hours left in a spare part, we may recommend not replacing it until the next service interval. We will only replace if it’s really necessary and will advise you of our recommendation.
All our repairs come with a full parts and workmanship warranty, excluding transport. We reserve the right to dispose of any pumps still held on our sites after 3 months. You will be sent a 7 day
letter to either have the pump returned to you at your cost or for Euroflo to dispose of it. You will be charged a small environmental levy to dispose of any contaminants associated with your
repair.
We have a call out service where we can pick-up your pump or repair on-site if required. We also have a 24/7 service whereby you will be routed to our on-call engineer. In all cases we will advise
