進口不銹鋼磁力泵概述：

德國巴赫生產的進口不銹鋼磁力泵采用*設計原理與制造工藝，通過外磁體、隔離套、內磁體之間的磁場傳導，將動密封轉換為靜密封，保證泵浦高溫狀態(tài)下的穩(wěn)定性工作。廣泛配套小型精密高溫模溫機、試驗儀器、木工機械、擠出等行業(yè)，泵浦移送循環(huán)介質不含顆粒、纖維、非易燃易爆的液體。進口不銹鋼磁力泵由泵、磁力傳動器、電動機三部分組成。關鍵部件磁力傳動器由外磁轉子、內磁轉子及不導磁的隔離套組成。

當電動機帶動外磁轉子旋轉時，磁場能穿透空氣隙和非磁性物質，帶動與葉輪相連的內磁轉子作同步旋轉，實現動力的無接觸傳遞，將動密封轉化為靜密封。由于泵軸、內磁轉子被泵體、隔離套*封閉，從而*解決了“跑、冒、滴、漏”問題，消除了煉油化工行業(yè)易燃、易爆、有毒、有害介質通過泵密封泄漏的安全隱患，有力地保證了職工的身心健康和安全生產。

進口磁力泵的工作原理

采用*的外混式軸向回水泵體結構設計，泵體由吸液室、儲液室、蝸殼、回流孔、氣液分離室等部份組成（結構見示意圖）。泵啟動后，在離心力的作用下，吸水室中的剩余液體與進液管路中的空氣被葉輪攪拌形成氣液混合物，混合物通過蝸殼進入氣液分離室，隨著流速降低，導致氣水分離，空氣由泵出液口排出，液體經回流孔返回泵腔內，經過多次循環(huán)，進液管道中的空氣被逐漸排空，使泵腔內形成一定的真空度，低位槽中的液體在大氣壓的作用下流向泵進口，達到自吸的作用，這一系列的自吸過程是泵在剛啟動的1至3分鐘內自動完成，無需人工干預，當液體充滿泵的進液管路與泵腔后泵組即自動進入正常運行狀態(tài)。磁力自吸泵的驅動裝置采用主動磁鐵聯軸器直接裝在電機軸上，通過磁力偶合間接驅動轉子組合上的葉輪旋轉，泵腔全部封閉，*無泄漏。同使用機械密封或填料密封的離心泵相比較，磁力泵具有以下優(yōu)點：

1．泵軸由動密封變成封閉式靜密封，*避免了介質泄漏。

2．無需獨立潤滑和冷卻水，降低了能耗。

3．由聯軸器傳動變成同步拖動，不存在接觸和摩擦。功耗小、效率高，且具有阻尼減振作用，減少了電動機振動對泵的影響和泵發(fā)生氣蝕振動時對電動機的影響。

4．過載時，內、外磁轉子相對滑脫，對電機、泵有保護作用。

當磁力傳動器的從動部件在過載情況下運行或轉子卡死時，磁力傳動器的主、從動部件會自動滑脫，保護機泵。此時磁力傳動器上的永磁體在主動轉子交變磁場的作用下，將產生渦損、磁損，造成永磁體溫度升高，磁力傳動器滑脫失效。

The working principle of imported magnetic pump
