靈敏性和特異性
為了評估NovaBios Dengue Duo Cassette的靈敏性和特異性，我們用血清、血漿和全血在內部和馬來群島和斯里蘭卡獨立的試驗地點進行了試驗。
血清
回顧性地選擇的樣本來自于馬來群島一個試驗點的臨床懷疑有登革熱感染的病人在住院后采集的冷凍的血清。一組血清包括30對初次登革熱感染病人的血清、30對二次感染病人的血清和80份經實驗室測試是登革熱感染陰性病人的血清，對這些進行了評估。登革熱診斷是建立在內部IgM ELISA法和血凝抑制（HAI）
測試的基礎之上的，HAI是用滴度≥1:2560來定義二次感染的。
血漿
NovaBios公司用208份血漿樣本對NovaBios登革熱 Duo小盒的性能進行了臨床研究。經NovaBios登革熱 Duo IgM 和 IgG 捕獲ELISA法認定，這208份樣本包括93份血清陰性、32份初次感染和83份二次感染樣本。結果概括見表2。
全血
斯里蘭卡的一個研究所測試了331份全血和血清樣本，這些樣本來自于那些因符合登革熱感染體征和癥狀而送到醫(yī)院的病人。這組包括74份血清陰性、77份初次感染和180份二次感染樣本。用試劑盒內提供的MicroSafe移液管采集手指血，用NovaBios登革熱Duo小盒來測試。在靜脈采集得到血清，再用NovaBios登革熱Duo IgM 捕獲 和 IgG 捕獲 ELISA (E-DEN01D)來確定。測試結果與登革熱的血清狀況進行比較以測定那方法用來測定全血樣本時的靈敏性，特異性和*性。

Wrong use usage
1. When the liquid is added, the bottle can not be level.
2. When the liquid is added, the bottle can not come into contact with the sample hole
QC:
1. If there is no control line, the test is invalid redo. If the test is invalid, the patient's results can not be reported.
2. Whole blood samples may appear in the window with red background values. If it does not cover the test line, the result is valid.
3. Quality control requires the need to comply with local, state and / or national laws or appointments and your laboratory standards quality procedures. It is recommended that the user refer to the appropriate quality control practice guidelines in NCLSI C24-A and 42 CFR 493.1202 (c)
Explanation of the results:
The primary infection of dengue fever showed IgM antibodies 3 to 5 days after fever. Secondary infection showed an increase in specific IgG levels of 1 to 2 days after infection, and was accompanied by an increase in IgM levels. The IgM and IgG test lines should be combined to explain the results. Separate line analysis may not be accurate enough.
