BXM51防爆照明配電箱，BXM51-7K/8K/9K防爆配電箱（明裝/掛壁式）

BXM51系列防爆照明配電箱（以下簡(jiǎn)稱防爆配電箱）是按GB3836.1～2設(shè)計(jì)和制造，配電箱主要用于1區(qū)或2區(qū)中含有爆炸性混合物為Ⅱ類B級(jí)T4組及以下爆炸危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所，作為交流50Hz，額定電壓至380V，分支回路額定電壓220V或380V，分支回路額定電流至60A的電路中，作不頻繁接通與分?jǐn)嘀?，且具有過(guò)載和短路保護(hù)。

3 配電箱在下列情況下能夠可靠工作

BXM51防爆照明配電箱主要結(jié)構(gòu)

配電箱外殼采用ZL102鑄鋁合金制成隔爆型主腔及接線腔，主腔內(nèi)裝有C45N系列斷路器，通過(guò)操作機(jī)構(gòu)及外殼手柄進(jìn)行操作，每回路有“分”、“合”指示，且有指示燈顯示，接線腔內(nèi)有與主腔相貫通的接線端子，并有電纜引入裝置，設(shè)有內(nèi)外接地螺釘。

5 use and repair
5．1 將配電箱安裝固定好，將進(jìn)出線腔蓋打開，把電纜通過(guò)引入裝置接至接線端子上，接好內(nèi)外接地線，檢查無(wú)誤后合上蓋，用緊固件緊固，并把壓緊螺母旋緊使電纜密封，完畢后即可使用。

5．2 配電箱不得隨意拆卸，維修進(jìn)先斷開電源后，才能開蓋維修，維修時(shí)不得損壞隔爆面，維修后隔爆接合面涂204-1防銹油，并將蓋合好，用螺栓緊固后才能使用。
