1、電源進(jìn)線與信號(hào)燈的安裝。用一根40mmx4mm的鍍鋅扁鋼彎制而成的。彎制的扁鋼焊在滑觸線上，焊接前應(yīng)先鉆好孔，在孔周?chē)潞缅a以使接線端子與扁鋼的接觸良好。

當(dāng)滑觸線的線路較長(zhǎng)，電壓降超過(guò)允許值時(shí)，滑觸線上應(yīng)加裝輔助鋁母排，每隔12m用M10螺栓螺母連接一次，連接處應(yīng)搪錫。

3、滑觸線跨越建筑物伸縮縫時(shí)，滑觸線應(yīng)裝有膨脹補(bǔ)償措施?；|線在伸縮縫的間隙，一般為10-20mm。間隙兩側(cè)的滑觸線端頭應(yīng)加工圓滑，接觸面安裝在一水平面上，其兩端高差不能大于1mm。在靠近伸縮縫的兩側(cè)滑觸線應(yīng)加裝支架，從間隙中心線到支架中心線的距離不應(yīng)超過(guò)150mm。
