原理簡(jiǎn)述：白介素-1受體相關(guān)激酶(the interleukin-1 re-ceptor associated kinases,IRAK是一類細(xì)胞內(nèi)激酶,在炎癥反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮重要作用。IRAK檢測(cè)試劑盒IRAK在Toll樣受體(TLR及白介素-1受體(IL-1R介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)通路中發(fā)揮著*的作用,參與信號(hào)的級(jí)聯(lián)反應(yīng),發(fā)揮正向或負(fù)向的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
