應(yīng)用安裝范圍The range of application:

連接和控制電纜適用于干燥的室內(nèi)，特別是工業(yè)使用環(huán)境下的各種電氣安裝。截面在0.5mm2及以上的作為控制和連接軟線還特別適合用在機(jī)床制造、成套設(shè)備安裝工程、電站、暖氣和空調(diào)安裝等場(chǎng)合。鑒于其特殊的薄形絕緣總體柔性設(shè)計(jì)，它還尤其適用于電梯井道的安裝及固定敷設(shè)。（不作為電梯隨行電纜使用）。

The cable is suitable for dry rooms and various kinds of electric installation in industrial use enviornment. The cable as flexible control and connecting cable（cross section area is 0.5 mm2 or above） is specially suitable for the places of machine tool manufacturing, complete equipment installation engineering, power station, and the instanllation of heating and air-conditions. For the special flexibility, it is also used for the installation and fixation of elevator well hole （not as elevator travelling cable ）.

機(jī)械性能好，電絕緣性能優(yōu)異，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，使用安全。

EKF20400是在 EKF20300基礎(chǔ)上增加大截面（2.02）黃綠接地線結(jié)構(gòu),同樣適用于電梯系統(tǒng).

Based on EKF20300, EKF20400 series increase cross section area （2.0） with yellow and green earth wire. It is also used in elevator series.

導(dǎo)  體：多股超細(xì)精絞無(wú)氧銅絲，符合VDE0295CLASS 5標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

Conductor: copper acc. to VDE0295 CLASS 5

絕  緣：特殊混合PVC絕緣

Insulation: special PVC

顏  色： 0.75mm 黃色（或白色）數(shù)字號(hào)碼編號(hào),

3芯以上帶有黃綠接地線（帶有黃綠接地請(qǐng)說(shuō)明）

Colour: 0.75mm yellow/white with digital coding

       above 3 cores with yellow/green earth cable（for special）

內(nèi)襯層：PP帶或無(wú)方布包裹緩沖.

Inner liner: PP tape or non-woven fabric wrapping

護(hù)  套：混合70度PVC護(hù)套,黑色（RAL9005）或灰色（RAL7001）

Sheath: 70℃ PVC, black（RAL9005） or grey（RAL7001）

Technical parameter:

Minimum bending radius: fixed    6×outer diameter

                       Moved  15×outer diameter

The working temperature: moved: -10℃----70℃

                       fixed:   -30℃----70℃

Test votage: ＜0.5mm2  2000V

            ≥0.5mm2   2500V
