預(yù)防 
滅蚊、防蚊是預(yù)防panbio登革熱和登革出血熱的主要措施，可參見第十三章第二節(jié)“瘧疾”、本章第八節(jié)“流行性乙型腦炎”等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。滅蚊主要在于消滅蚊蟲孳生地，伊蚊常在小積水中產(chǎn)卵孳生。如對(duì)盆、缸、罐、巖洞等進(jìn)行翻盆、倒罐，填平洼地、疏通溝渠等。
噴灑各種有機(jī)磷殺蟲劑，把蚊蟲的密度降到zui低水平。對(duì)可疑患者應(yīng)進(jìn)行醫(yī)學(xué)觀察。患者應(yīng)隔離在有紗窗紗門的病室內(nèi)，隔離時(shí)間應(yīng)不少于5日。疫苗接種是預(yù)防panbio登革熱zui有效的措施，但目前尚無安全、有效的疫苗供臨床使用。由于單價(jià)疫苗接種可能產(chǎn)生增強(qiáng)性抗體，有增加登革出血熱發(fā)病率的可能性，故現(xiàn)今疫苗的研制大都為多價(jià)混合性疫苗。目前世界上正在研制的疫苗種類包括：4 型混合的減毒活疫苗，已進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)，顯示出令人滿意的免疫保護(hù)作用；多型亞單位疫苗、多型嵌合減毒活疫苗、panbio登革熱DNA疫苗等，已在動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中也顯示出一定的保護(hù)作用。

東莞市發(fā)布的通稿稱，9月10日經(jīng)市疾控中心調(diào)查，確認(rèn)莞城某社區(qū)發(fā)生一起由東南亞輸入性病例引起的社區(qū)panbio登革熱暴發(fā)疫情。截至前天，本起疫情中共發(fā)現(xiàn)11例panbio登革熱確診病例，其中6例*，5例住院治療，所有住院病例病情平穩(wěn)，未出現(xiàn)重癥病例。
據(jù)調(diào)查，*病例為一居民，7月8日隨旅行社前往新加坡和馬來西亞等東南亞國家旅游，7月13日返回東莞，7月22日發(fā)病，出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱乏力、全身肌肉酸痛等癥狀，后經(jīng)市疾控中心調(diào)查并采集其血液進(jìn)行panbio登革熱抗體檢測(cè)，確診為panbio登革熱病例。市疾病預(yù)防控制中心對(duì)與該名病例同團(tuán)出境的旅行團(tuán)其他成員調(diào)查，未發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)游及其他團(tuán)友出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱等異常情況。
9月11日，廣東省衛(wèi)生廳、省愛衛(wèi)辦和省疾控中心有關(guān)和專家趕赴東莞指導(dǎo)疫情的防控工作。
