A 周邊國家疫情高發傳入廣州
據市疾控中心副主任楊智聰介紹，今年廣州panbio登革熱疫情暴發存在著許多客觀因素。如今年panbio登革熱發病早，1月就出現*輸入型病例，比去年提前了7個月。廣州周邊的國家和地區如東南亞panbio登革熱疫情大暴發，而廣州與panbio登革熱常年流行的東南亞等周邊國家的人員來往日趨密切，輸入病例的地理范圍和數量逐年增多。加之今年氣溫高、雨水多，白紋伊蚊密度較高，早期群眾參與度又偏低。
“雖然存在著眾多的客觀不利因素，但今年的疫情防控值得總結的地方還是很多的”，楊智聰表示，從1978年以來對panbio登革熱的監控均顯示，廣州近30年來都是先出現輸入病例，再引發本地感染病例。panbio登革熱其實在廣州并非自然疫源地疾病。

“之所以說panbio登革熱不是廣州的自然疫源地疾病，是因為那必須符合兩個要求，一是先出現本地病例，后出現輸入病例；二是該病流行區內大部分成人已感染過，使得兒童為zui為高發的人群。”楊智聰透露，市疾控中心曾在廣州12區內抽取不同年齡組的數千人進行研究，結果顯示他們體內的抗體陽性率是較低的水平，這說明廣州市民中絕大多數人從未感染過panbio登革熱。否則，抗體陽性率要高得多。
控制傳染源、切斷傳播途徑、保護易感人群是傳染病防控的三大舉措。排除了是否為自然疫源地疾病這一爭論后，今年對疫情的*個反思，就是應加強對經由疫區來穗人員的監控和panbio登革熱防控指引。只有早期對輸入病例加強管理，御敵于*之外才能更有效率。
