預(yù)防
1.管理好傳染源
由于我國已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)輸入性病例，所以登革熱病的預(yù)防應(yīng)加強(qiáng)邊境檢疫，對于來自疫區(qū)的人員必須出示有效的預(yù)防接種證書，以防止該病傳入我國。對來自登革熱病流行區(qū)的人員開展體溫檢測、醫(yī)學(xué)巡查、流行病學(xué)調(diào)查和醫(yī)學(xué)檢查，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注有發(fā)熱、黃疸等癥狀人員。
2.切斷傳播途徑
防蚊、滅蚊是防止本病的重點(diǎn)措施。
3.保護(hù)易感人群
17D登革熱病減毒活疫苗。一次皮內(nèi)接種0.5ml，7～9天即可產(chǎn)生有效的免疫力并可持續(xù)達(dá)10年以上。在進(jìn)入疫區(qū)、已知或預(yù)測有登革熱病疫情活動(dòng)的區(qū)域，對9個(gè)月以上的兒童應(yīng)常規(guī)進(jìn)行預(yù)防接種。但不宜用于4個(gè)月以下的嬰兒，因接種后發(fā)生神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的并發(fā)癥幾乎均為小于4個(gè)月的嬰兒。
噬肉菌，又稱為食肉菌，食肉菌并非單一細(xì)菌，而是指由不同細(xì)菌引發(fā)的壞死性筋膜炎，是對于鏈球菌或者能造成肌肉組織損壞的菌類總稱。諸如A型鏈球菌和金黃色葡萄球菌等細(xì)菌能夠通過患者的表皮傷口、淋巴等感染患者的皮膚組織。
因這些病菌感染皮下的筋膜引起發(fā)炎，臨床病程快速而嚴(yán)重，死亡率高，所以才被冠上嚇人的“食肉菌”名稱。

奪命食肉菌近年漸為港人注意，這種離奇疾病，其實(shí)一直在人類歷*存在。直至近10年，多名名人先后受感染，病菌又被媒體冠上嚇人的“食肉菌”名稱，食肉菌始受注目。
