【預期用途】
尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿,是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因,也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短,無法作為標志物檢測,其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。
本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術,用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧,適用于評價煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。
【主要組成成份】

c)注射方法:先以75%酒精消毒術部,然后皮內注射定量的牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD,注射后局部應出現小皰,如對注射有疑問時,應另選15cm以外的部位或對側重作。
d)注射次數和觀察反應:皮內注射后經72h判定,仔細觀察局部有無熱痛、腫脹等炎性反應,并以卡尺測量皮皺厚度,作好詳細記錄。對疑似反應牛應立即在另一側以同一批PPD同一劑量進行第二回皮內注射,再經72h觀察反應結果。對陰性牛和疑似反應牛,于注射后96h和120h再分別觀察一次,以防個別牛出現較晚的遲發型細菌反應。4.1.1.2 結果判定
4. a) 陽性反應:局部有明顯的炎性反應,皮厚差大于或等于0mm。
5. b) 疑似反應:局部炎性反應不明顯,皮厚差大于或等于0mm、小于4.0mm。
6. c) 陰性反應:無炎性反應。皮厚差在0mm以下。
凡判定為疑似反應的牛只,于*次檢疫60d后進行復檢,其結果仍為疑似反應時,經60d再復檢。如仍為疑似反應,應判為陽性。4.1.2 其他動物牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗
參照牛的牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗進行。
4.2 禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗
禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗是zui廣泛使用于家禽的試驗。牛及其他哺乳動物也可用牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD和禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD同時在不同的部位進行,以區分特異性和非特異性細菌反應。
4.2.1 禽的禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗
4.2.1.1 操作方法用10mm×0.5mm針頭肉垂皮內注射0.1mL(0.25萬IU)禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD,48h后觀察結果。4.2.1.2 結果判定
陽性反應為接種部位腫脹,從5.0mm直徑的小硬結到擴展至其他肉垂與頸部的廣泛性水腫?;痣u肉垂的結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗,沒有家禽的試驗那樣可靠。其他禽類也可用翼蹼作試驗,但結果一般不理想。水禽可接種腳蹼,但試驗不敏感并經常與接種部位的感染相混淆。

Avian Mycobacterium tuberculosis PPD The intradermal bacterial response test is the most widely used test for poultry.
