【預期用途】

尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿，是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因，也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短，無法作為標志物檢測，其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。

本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術，用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧，適用于評價煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

【主要組成成份】

• 可替寧檢測試劑盒（40人份）：每人份鋁箔袋單獨包裝。其中試劑盒由金標可替寧單克隆抗體、可替寧-BSA結合物、羊抗兔IgG多克隆抗體、硝酸纖維素膜、聚酯纖維素膜、塑料背襯、塑料模板組成。
• 一次性滅菌唾液取樣棒（40人份）
• 唾液收集器（40人份）
• 使用說明書（1份）

• 【檢驗方法】

• 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑，應在1小時內盡快使用。
• 拿出一次性唾液收集器。（步驟1）
• 手持收集器蓋帽使海綿頭含入口中，直至海綿頭吸滿液體（膨脹變軟）。（步驟2）
• 將海綿頭放回收集器并擰緊蓋帽，使所含樣本流入收集器下端。（步驟3）
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上，同時打開滴樣孔蓋帽。（步驟4）
• 擠壓收集器上端管壁，垂直滴加2滴無空氣泡的唾液（約100ul）于加樣孔（S）中。(步驟5)
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現，3-5分鐘時直接觀察結果，10分鐘后判定無效。

4.2.2 牛的禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗
4.2.2.1 操作方法
與牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗相同，只是禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD的劑量為每頭0.1mL。
4.2. 2. 2 結果判定a) 對牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應為陽性(局部有明顯的炎性反應，皮厚差大于或等于0 mm )，并且對牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應大于對禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應，二者皮差在2.0 mm以上，判為牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗陽性。
對已經定性為牛型結核分枝桿菌感染的牛群。其中即使少數牛的皮差在2.0 mm以下，甚至對牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應略小于對禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應(反應差小于或等于2.0 mm ) ，只要對牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應在2.0 mm以上，也應判定為牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗陽性牛。
b) 對禽刮結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應大于對牛型結核分枝桿菌PPD的反應，兩者的皮差在2.0 mm以上，判為禽型結核分枝桿菌PPD皮內細菌反應試驗陽性。
諾卡氏菌（Nocardia）廣泛存在于自然界中，是一種條件致病菌。感染諾卡氏菌zui常見的途徑是經呼吸道感染。通常是通過呼吸道吸入孢子或斷裂的菌絲片段。其次是通過傷口感染，多見于細菌細菌感染、開放性胸外科手術后感染、開放性骨折處皮膚發生諾卡氏菌感染、在車禍傷后感染、隆胸術后感染等，其次是繼發于其他疾病而感染，比如繼發于系統性紅斑狼瘡、淋巴瘤、白血病，長期應用免疫抑制劑等。諾卡氏菌還可能通過院內感染。諾卡氏菌的感染有地理差異和季節差異。
諾卡氏菌病（Nocardiosis）是散發性疾病，在*散在分布。本病發生于任何人種、職業、年齡，成年人發病率較高，且多為男性，男性和女性的發病比為3:1，但認為這種差別是由于男性更易暴露于感染造成的，而與性別上的遺傳差異無明顯相關。人與人之間的傳播較少見。當機體免疫力低下，嚴重肺部疾患或手術外傷時可引起機會細菌染。
目前已發現一百余種諾卡氏菌，已正式命名的諾卡氏菌有63種。
