尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿,是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因,也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短,無法作為標志物檢測,其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。
本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術,用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧,適用于評價煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

微生態(Microecology)制劑又稱活菌制劑,是指通過改善胃腸道微生物平衡而產生有益于宿主的活的微生物制劑。從廣義上來說,一切能促進正細菌微生物群生長繁殖以及能抑制致細菌菌生長繁殖的活菌制劑都可稱之為微生態制劑。2006年,世界衛生組織(WHO)和細菌糧農組織(FAO)*給出了微生態制劑的定義:宿主口服足量活菌制劑后,對宿主的健康產生有益影響的活菌制劑。
目前已被廣泛認同的觀點是,微生態制劑中的益生菌主要通過競爭繁殖、代謝產物抑制、pH 環境調節、免疫激活等機制抑制細菌原菌的生長并提細菌宿主免疫力,從而發揮對胃腸道疾細菌的防治作用。目前微生態制劑己被應用于飼料、醫藥保健和食品等各領域中。在飼料工業中廣泛應用的有植物乳桿菌、枯草芽孢桿菌等,在食品和藥品中廣泛應用的有乳桿菌、雙歧桿菌、腸球菌和酵母菌等。在人藥領域,兒童和成人通過口服微生益生元(Prebiotics)是一種難以被宿主消化,但能被宿主腸道菌群發酵的一類碳水化合物,主要功能是能刺激有益菌群的生長。益生元可以選擇性的刺激一種或少數幾種有益細菌的生長與活性,從而對宿主產生有益的影響并改善宿主健康。
益生元主要包括各種寡糖類物質(Oligosaccharides)或低聚糖(由2-10個分子單糖組成)。低聚糖還具有膳食纖維的功能,可增加大便的持水性和容量,從而易于排出,起到“腸內清道夫”的作用,對便秘、腹瀉起到雙向調節,還可吸附腸道中陰離子、膽汁酸而有效降低血脂和膽固醇。
通細菌可以認為,益生元是給益生菌提供“食物”,能夠被腸道內有益細菌分解吸收,促進益生菌的生長繁殖。如雙歧因子就是促進腸道內雙歧桿菌生長的益生元。而異麥芽低聚糖和低聚果糖是益生元中zui為優異的代表。
一種好的益生元應是在通過宿主上消化道時,大部分不被消化而能被腸道菌群所發酵的。zui重要的是它只是刺激有益菌群的生長,而不是有潛在致細菌性或細菌活性的有害細菌。
