【預期用途】

嗜肺菌軍團菌（Avianinfluenza，AI）是禽流行/冒的簡稱，是由正粘病毒科、嗜肺菌軍團菌屬 A 型嗜肺菌軍團菌引起的禽類根據嗜肺菌軍團菌致病力的不同可分為非致病力嗜肺菌軍團菌（NPAI）、低致病力嗜肺菌軍團菌（LPAI）和高致病力嗜肺菌軍團菌（HPAI）3 種。在我國，高致病性嗜肺菌軍團菌以實現對嗜肺菌軍團菌病毒的快速檢測有利于疫情監測以及制定有效的預防控制措施。本試劑盒適用于檢測樣本中嗜肺菌軍團菌病毒，結果僅供研究，不用于臨床診斷。

【檢驗原理】

本試劑盒基于實時熒光 PCR 技術，選取嗜肺菌軍團菌核酸片斷一個相對保守區作為擴增靶區域，設計特異性引物探針，通過一步法實時熒光 PCR 體系擴增對 AIV H5 亞型進行定性檢測。反應體系中除一對特異性引物和一條特異性熒光探針外，還配以對應的 PCR 反應 Buffer、逆轉錄酶、Hot-Start Taq 酶、核苷酸單體（dNTPs）、Mg²⁺等成分，可實現對 AIV H5 亞型核酸靈敏特異地檢測。

不同批號試劑盒的以上成分不可以互換使用。

需自備的試劑：核酸提取試劑

質控品說明：陽性質控品為含目的片段的重組質粒，使用時無需進行核酸提取。

【儲存條件及有效期】

試劑盒保存于-20±5℃，有效期 9 個月。

試劑盒在 37℃可保存72h；試劑在 4℃可保存7天；避免反復凍融，反復凍融次數不超過 7 次；試劑開瓶次數不超過 7 次。運輸采用干冰保持低溫，運輸時間不應超過 3 天。試劑盒生產日期見產品標簽。

【適用儀器】ABI 7500、ABI 7300、LightCycler480 等熒光定量 PCR 儀。

Dengue fever rash
