巴比妥(BAR)-尿檢試劑

　巴比妥（BAR）-尿檢試劑使用方法：　 
1. 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試紙； 
2. 直接將尿液滴至加樣孔，約2-3滴； 
3. 將試紙平放1分鐘，等待紅色條帶出現； 
4. 3-8分鐘內觀察結果，10分鐘后判讀無效。 

巴比妥(BAR)-尿檢試劑結果的解釋

陰性：窗口應該觀察到兩條色帶。檢測線（T線）出現表示無巴比妥存在；質控線（C線）出現表明試劑盒系統工作正常。

陽性：只有質控線（C線）出現一條色帶，檢測線（T線）未出現表示樣品中有巴比妥存在。無效：質控線（C線）不出現。任何情況下，C線均應形成，C線未出現表明檢測結果不確定，應重試。
