檢測條件：流動相:乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脫[0min時A-B(5∶95),5min時A-B(5∶95),15min時A-B(15∶85),55min時A-B(45∶55),65min時A-B(100∶0),80min時A-B(100∶0)],流速1.0mL·min-1;檢測波長208nm;柱溫28℃。（僅供參考）
【貯藏方法】2-8°C，密封避光、低溫下保存
【注意事項】本品應在低溫下保存，長時間在暴露在空氣中，含量會有所降低。
