保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
產品介紹:p53凋亡刺激蛋白(apoptosis stimulating protein of p53，ASPP)家族是近年來發現的一個新蛋白家族，它包括3個成員：ASPP1、ASPP2和iASPP。其中ASPP1和ASPP2能夠與p53蛋白結合增強該蛋白的促進細胞凋亡的功能，發揮抑制腫瘤的作用；而iASPP與ASPP1和ASPP2的功能截然相反，它能夠和ASPP1或ASPP2競爭性地與p53結合，抑制ASPP1或ASPP2的促進凋亡作用，具有癌基因的功能。三者的結構相似，但功能卻*不同，通過研究三者的關系、促進腫瘤細胞內ASPP1或ASPP2的高表達以及抑制iASPP的表達有可能促進腫瘤細胞的凋亡，成為*的新靶點.
