小鼠α干擾素【IFN-α】ELISA試劑盒可以：（1）免疫酶染色各種細(xì)胞內(nèi)成份的定位。（2）研究抗酶抗體的合成。（3）顯現(xiàn)微量的免疫沉淀反應(yīng)。（4）定量檢測(cè)體液中抗原或抗體成份。
目前使用的酶聯(lián)免疫檢測(cè)方法很多，其種類按檢測(cè)目的可分為：
間接法——用于測(cè)定抗體
雙抗體夾心法——主要用于測(cè)定大分子抗原
競(jìng)爭(zhēng)抑制法——主要用于測(cè)定小分子抗原
只能用于研究用途，不得用于醫(yī)學(xué)診斷。

傳統(tǒng)的ELISA結(jié)果只報(bào)告“陽(yáng)性”或者“陰性”，但不能解決“灰區(qū)”的問(wèn)題，因此引入“可疑”的報(bào)告方式是比較合理和科學(xué)的，同時(shí)對(duì)結(jié)果做必要的說(shuō)明，如“結(jié)果已經(jīng)復(fù)查，建議定期復(fù)查或定量檢測(cè)”；對(duì)于HBeAb、HBcAb檢測(cè)，由于各試劑盒CO值差異及變異系數(shù)大等因素，結(jié)果缺乏可比性，位于CO值附近的標(biāo)本復(fù)查結(jié)果陰陽(yáng)性只是概率事件，另外HBcAb存在原倍和1：30檢測(cè)模式及定量檢測(cè)模式，減小小鼠α干擾素【IFN-α】ELISA試劑盒室內(nèi)變異的同時(shí)必須引入陽(yáng)性和弱陽(yáng)性的報(bào)告方式。
