傳統(tǒng)的ELISA結(jié)果只報(bào)告“陽性”或者“陰性”，但不能解決“灰區(qū)”的問題，因此引入“可疑”的報(bào)告方式是比較合理和科學(xué)的，同時(shí)對結(jié)果做必要的說明，如“結(jié)果已經(jīng)復(fù)查，建議定期復(fù)查或定量檢測”；對于HBeAb、HBcAb檢測，由于各試劑盒CO值差異及變異系數(shù)大等因素，結(jié)果缺乏可比性，位于CO值附近的標(biāo)本復(fù)查結(jié)果陰陽性只是概率事件，另外HBcAb存在原倍和1：30檢測模式及定量檢測模式，減小牛酪蛋白β〖CSN2〗ELISA試劑盒室內(nèi)變異的同時(shí)必須引入陽性和弱陽性的報(bào)告方式。
