光纜接續包 操作要點

● 如果是普纜直接通過進線孔進入接頭盒，如果是微纜，應該是微管進入接頭盒并固定，微纜從微管內進入接頭盒，并固定加強芯，如果是中心管式光纜，需固定增強紗。

● 開剝光纜，除去外護套、內護套、松縮管，清洗、清除纜內石油填充膏，留1.1--1.6m的光纖長度和30--50mm的加強芯芯。

● 固定好壓纜線卡，將微管或普纜固定，微管長處壓纜線卡5-10mm，同時固定光纜加強芯，如果是中心管式光纜，需固定增強紗。

● 光纖引入熔接盤內，將熱縮管和熱熔管套在一對待接光纖的任意一根上，熔接好光纖后，移動熱縮和熱熔管，套上不銹鋼（或石英）加強芯棒，使光纖熔接點處在光纖保護管*位置，對保護管進行適當的加熱，使光纖和保護管熔為一體，經保護的光纖接頭卡入布纖槽內（每板熔接盤可布光纖12芯）。

光纜接續盒安裝微纜的解決方案

微纜的直徑較細，而接頭盒的入線孔較大，若直接連接，接頭盒與微管在受較大的拉力時容易脫落。我們采用接頭盒與微管連接，因為微管的外徑與普通光纜相同，這樣采用常規的固定方法就可以使他們之間連接的非常牢固。另外，接頭盒外部的微管利用阻水接頭與人井引出的微管連接，這樣保證了即使外部的微管中即使有水也不會流到接頭盒中，影響接續質量。

微纜進入接頭盒的固定方式與普纜光纜固定方式相同，都是將加強芯利用螺絲固定在金屬架上。接頭盒內其他部分的密封手段與普通光纜接頭密封方式相同。

6光纜接頭盒在工程上的實際應用
