防爆投光燈使用方法      

根據(jù)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境和照明需要，確定燈具和鎮(zhèn)流器箱的安裝位置，備好兩根相應(yīng)長度的三芯電纜線，一根是燈具電纜線，連接燈具的接線盒和鎮(zhèn)流器箱，另一根是電源電纜線，用來連接鎮(zhèn)流器箱和電源。

打開鎮(zhèn)流器箱端蓋，旋松鎮(zhèn)流器箱電纜引入口的壓緊螺母，將燈具電纜線、電源電纜線分別穿過壓緊螺母引入到鎮(zhèn)流器箱內(nèi)部接線端子處，按接線圖的規(guī)定將L1線、L2線、地線連接固定，再旋緊電纜線壓緊螺母和緊固鎮(zhèn)流器箱端蓋。

按規(guī)定的安裝方式將燈具和鎮(zhèn)流器箱安裝好，再將電源電纜線的另一端連接到380V或220V電源。

旋松燈具支架兩側(cè)的六角頭固定螺栓，可在180°范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整燈具的照射角度（可通過支架上的刻度盤粗略調(diào)節(jié)，也可選配紅點(diǎn)瞄準(zhǔn)器進(jìn)行精確調(diào)節(jié)），在達(dá)到所需照射角度后，將燈具兩側(cè)的固定螺釘擰緊。

更換燈泡時(shí)，松開燈具后蓋上的四個(gè)內(nèi)六角螺釘，打開后蓋，拆下燈座上固定燈泡引線端子的兩個(gè)螺釘，取下壞燈泡，將新燈泡裝入燈座并擰緊固定螺釘，將后蓋裝好。

防爆投光燈注意事項(xiàng)    

安裝燈具時(shí)，必須將燈具支架上的所有固定螺釘擰緊，防止燈具在惡劣條件下使用時(shí)出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)而造成危險(xiǎn)。由于燈體溫度較高，燈具安裝應(yīng)高于3m或應(yīng)安裝在人不易接觸的地方。

燈具使用時(shí)，透明件中心及燈具外殼溫度較高，不得觸摸，以免燙傷。

燈具在使用時(shí)表面不能有任何覆蓋物。

燈具只能完整的帶有保護(hù)屏使用。

使用時(shí)，燈具與被照物體之間zui短距離為7米，以免發(fā)生火災(zāi)。

更換燈泡時(shí)，不可用手直接觸摸燈泡的泡殼，只能接觸燈泡兩端的瓷柄，否則將會影響泡殼的透光率。如果    泡殼表面已有污跡，可用工業(yè)酒精清洗。（如光源剛剛熄滅，應(yīng)使燈具充分冷卻都才能進(jìn)行操作）。

如果此燈具的外部軟纜或軟線損壞了，該線要由制造廠或其服務(wù)代理商或一個(gè)有資格的人更換。

1】根據(jù)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境和照明需要，確定燈具和鎮(zhèn)流器箱的安裝位置，備好兩根相應(yīng)長度的三芯電纜線，一根是燈具電纜線，連接燈具的接線盒和鎮(zhèn)流器箱，另一根是電源電纜線，用來連接鎮(zhèn)流器箱和電源。

2】打開鎮(zhèn)流器箱端蓋，旋松鎮(zhèn)流器箱電纜引入口的壓緊螺母，將燈具電纜線、電源電纜線分別穿過壓緊螺母引入到鎮(zhèn)流器箱內(nèi)部接線端子處，按接線圖的規(guī)定將L1線、L2線、地線連接固定，再旋緊電纜線壓緊螺母和緊固鎮(zhèn)流器箱端蓋。

3】按規(guī)定的安裝方式將燈具和鎮(zhèn)流器箱安裝好，再將電源電纜線的另一端連接到380V或220V電源。
