我們以65型擠出機機頭來舉例,已知機頭裝配尺寸,要求設計模芯、模套。

1、先設計模套,根據模套拆裝要求,其伸出模頭的長度約10mm,則得到模套的總長10+20=30mm;

從上式中,我們可以發現:

1、擠出壓力越大,擠出量就越小;
