Description
During
this the 2- or 3-wire transmitter is supplied directly with a
galvanically separated and limited supply voltage.
The VarioShow AD-VS8A4-S serves the visualisation for 4
transmitter signals which can be initialized independently.
Each display channel has a current input and a voltage input and
can be sized compley freely.
There are the most diverse types of indication, amongst others a
drag pointer function (display of the highest and lowest values) and
a linearization over 24 x/y points (to show volume above the height,
for instance). The physical dimension can be selected from a
table. The measuring value is illustrated as a number or with a
quasi-analogue bar. All parameter can also be operated or saved
via a PC.
An integral electronic wide range power pack with a high degree of
effectiveness allows operation in a supply range of 20-253 VDC or
50-253 VAC.

The FM 600 is a freely programmable 2-channel
frequency/analogue measuring converter with indicator unit.
Due to its multi-functional input frequency processing and the 2 analogue outputs
(current/voltage) or the rateable digital outputs, the device is optimal suitable for
indication of instantaneous through-flow quantities with simultaneous rateable
meter pulse output for water meter with main and secondary meters.

The freely programmable frequency converter of series FM 600 solves all requirements of a modern
through-flow quantity indicator and diverse regulating and monitoring tasks.
The parameterizing software, menu-guided and shown in plain language, convinces through easy and
operator-friendly structured build-up in the operating languages German, English and French.
The input of all characteristic quantities is carried out without additional aids directly at the device or via
the optional PC programming software “AD-Studio”.
With 2 impulse inputs, the most diverse types of transducers can be connected in a frequency
range from 0-0.001Hz to 0-10kHz. All inputs are galvanically separated to the output and
to the auxiliary voltage.
The analogue outputs can be freely set in the range of max. 20mA and max. 10V in each channel
(current and voltage run synchronised). An impulse output in each measuring channel with
potential free contact (optionally also opto-coupler) offers extensive impulse summation
and impulse scaling possibilities with its evaluation possibilities.
Alternatively, switch-on and switch-off limiting values (hysteresis function) can be defined.
A sum forming, which can be activated, enables water meter with bypass to combine to one unit.
An analogue simulation mode enables extensive test possibilities, also with automatic,
time-dependent switch-off.
With the integral wide range power pack, a supply voltage range of 20-253V DC and
50-253V AC can be covered.
Background lit graphic LCD (122x32 pixel). Different indicator modes are available. The physical
measuring values can be freely scaled. Apart from an extensive unit list, a free 2-digit unit
and an 8-digit measuring point description string is available for each channel.
With an optional programming software with interface cable, the following possibilities
are available additionally to the complete parameterizing:
- reading out the parameter of an existing device
- archiving parameter settings in a file
- duplicate existing parameter setting on further devices

AD-FM 210 GS
Description:
The frequency measuring converter AD-FM 210 GS supplies an
initiator or a contact and transforms its impulse sequence to a
proportional impressed analogue signal. The output signal is
independent from the connected load up to a maximum value. The
measuring converter is adapted to the transmitter type used at the
factory and it is calibrated to the application with the highest
precision.
Application
The main area of application is the through-flow measuring at water
meters, further applications are energy consumption measuring
etc. All customary transmitter types can be used: initiator
according to NAMUR (according to DIN ), 3-lead
opto-transmitter, reed contacts, transistor outputs and other

Description
The contact protection pulse relay (switching amplifier, pulse
shaper) serves preferably the protection of weak transducer contacts
or the amplification of binary transducer signals. At the same
time it transforms the prepared input signals into output pulses with

Der Impulssummierer addiert die an den bis zu 8 Eing?ngen ankommenden

Description
The contact protection relay (switching amplifier, pulse former) is
mainly being used for the protection of weak transmitter contacts
and for the amplification of binary transmitter signals. At the same
time it converts the processed input signals into output impulses
with a constant and adjustable length. Typical input signals are
Reed contacts signal transmitter according to

The power signal transformer AD-LU 310 GVC is a programmable
transformer for all displays in the power area. All known measuring
tasks such as active power, reactive power, apparent power,
voltages, currents, frequency and power factors can be freely
defined onto the outputs. The measuring ranges are also
programmable in a wide scaling. Filter functions, which can be
individually parameterized, complete the adjusting possibilities of
the measuring task.
The measuring transformer is programmed comfortably via PC or

Application:
Particularly in power plants, but also in many other switchgear areas,
active and reactive power must be measured continuously for
the optimisation of processes. With new power measuring converter
of the series AD-LU 410/420 GA, effective components for
the heavy current technology are available.
Duc to unit specific adaptation, the converters are always adapted
to the individual cases. The accurate power values and working impulses
area available as standard signals for further processing.
High accuracy
All input size are registered via precise and highly phase-true current
an voltage transformers. The multiplier stage and the subsequent amplifier
are aligned exactly to the user data and ensure class accuracy
at any time, not only at reference conditions.
Optional working contact
At the additional contact output, work contact (kWh) can be output.
The value of a working impulse will be adjusted to the application.

The standard units are designed for an active or reactive power
measuring a 4-lead alternating current network in heavy-current areas,
the individual phases can be loaded as required. The output
signal represents here the unit nominal output specified by the
user, dependant on the current or voltage transformer used. The
measuring converters are ready configured and can be used immediay.

Power intake or discharge
With the measuring converters of series AD-LU, not only the power
discharge con be measured. Combined with a bipolar output, the
power discharge as well as the power intake is shown.
For sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal signal sizes
Exact multipliers form the product of voltage and current (TDM procedure).
It does not matter whether the signal sizes are sinusoidal
or non-sinusoidal.
Bipolar analogue output
The galvanically separated output stage can also be design bipolar
on request. Therefor, the power discharge or the power intake is
recognisable direct at the prefix of the output signal. The output
can be loaded with a load up to 800 Ohm, current limited and short
circuit proof. Generously designed protection measures ensure a
safe operation.

Application
For the protection of 2 low voltage measuring leads against steep
and energy-rich over voltage peaks, which can occur, for instance,
through lightning strikes, switching processes in the network and
connected devices, through inductive influences or static charging.

Description
Application
The overvoltage-protection unit are built up in very sturdy aluminium,
die-cast housings of protection type IP-65, and can protect up
to 4 analogue signal wires or 2 power leads directly on site.
The two stage protection unit (coarse and fine protection) reacts
very quickly an can shunt high currents. Limitation of the
quadrature-axis component of the voltage, blow-out fuse and
series inductance can be integrated as an option.
For protection up to 4 independent analogue signal wires against
steep and energy rich overvoltage peaks. In the sturdy IP-65 housing
for application locations with extreme weather conditions.

Surge Protection AD-NS 230
Description
The power supply protection AD-NS 230 serves as surge limitation
on the supply side of the apparatus and machines with supply voltage
230V AC. The protection unit is inside a compact snap-on housing
for 35mm cap rail. A green lamp indicates when the operating
voltage is connected.
The AD-NS 230 is also equipped with a cut-off facility, which
responds if the leak currents shown by the valve type lightening
arrester are too high. The cut-off facility is situated in the shunt
arm, so that only the surge protection is isolated from the power
supply (no operating interruption) in this condition the red lamp
lights up.

Description
On the relay card AD-RK 8/2 EV there are altogether 8 polar relays
with 2 contacts each. The coil connections and contacts for each relay

jumpers. The standard settings are contacts. Furthermore,

Relay Card AD-RK 6/2U EV
Description
On the relay card AD-RK 6/2U EV there are altogether 6 polar relays
with 2 changers each. The coil connections and contacts are
guided onto the terminal strip separay for each relay.
Each relay is equipped with an input and output relay. This minimum
operating time guarantees, that the relay does not respond to
temporary interference voltages. Chatter times of lined up contacts
are suppressed. The de-energising delay achieves a minimum contact
duration of the outputs.
The connected conditions of each relay is indicated via one luminous
diode for each relay on the front plate.

Description

Description
External sensors and devices with a filtered direct voltage of
approx. 24 VDC can be supplied with max. 50 mA with the voltage
supplies AD-SV 20 GS (1-channel) and AD-SV 40 GS (2-channel).
The output voltage is separated galvanically from the supply
voltage and the second channel. For each channel the output
current limit can be set at the front.
Due to the integral electronically regulated powerpack a strong temperature
rise is impossible, the devices can be fitted directly onto
each other.

Incremental Nominal
Value Generator AD-ISW 100 GS
Description:
The incremental nominal value generator serves to set the default
of an analogue value (0/4-20 mA, 0-10 V or similar) with the aid of
external control signals. The output range of 0-* is divided into
256 steps. The output modification by one step is carried out
through one input impulse of a minimum length of 64 ms. With a
permanent signal, the automatic modification is carried out
approx. every 282 ms by one step. For input impulse sizes,
potential free contacts as well as a DC source of 5-30 V DC can be
selected. The output signal is galvanically separated from the
inputs and from the supply voltage. As an option, the following
extensions are possible: plus/minus keys at the front,
programming interface, bar graph display

Description
Application
The sum data amplifier adds up or subtracts up to 4 singly rateable
input signals and converts these to a sum proportional or
difference proportional output signal.
As input signals, currents up to 20 mA or voltages up to 10 V (also
bipolar) are possible. The inputs are galvanic separated from the
auxiliary voltage and the outputs. The two analogue outputs
current (max. 20mA) and voltage (max. 10V) can be utilised
simultaneously.
The device can be configured with the optional configuration
software “AD-Studio” via the interface AD-PC. However, this can
also be carried out at the works according to customer data.

The maximum/minimum value evaluator AD-MMA 400 GVC

The follow-up regulator is a purely proportional regulator, it
approaches a correction element via contacts, dependant on the
nominal value at input 1. The remote transmitter, connected to the
correcting element reports the respective position back to the
regulator (input 2). After successful adaptation of the two input
sizes the approach of the correcting element is interrupted until an
input size changes again. Precision adjustment trimmer for zero
and full adjustment also for setting the response sensitivity are
integral in the unit

Description
Application
The electrodes are supplied with alternating voltage. If a
conduction liquid i.e. water, bridges the mass and the maxelectrode,
the output relay responds, the transmitter power monitor
lights up. Furthermore an internal, commutator ensures that the
min-electrode becomes effective. The relay de-energize, if the
mass and the min-electrode are not conductive connected. The
sensitivity can be adjusted to the given circumstances via an
integral trimmer.

AD-MU 400 GVC
Description
Application
The analogue calculator AD-MU 400 GVC multiplies, divides or
extracts square roots up to 4 singly rateable input signals or
converts these in a product proportional, quotient proportional or
radix proportional output signal.
As input signals, currents up to 20 mA or voltages up to 10 V (also
bipolar) are possible. The inputs are galvanic separated from the
auxiliary voltage and the outputs. The two analogue outputs
current (max. 20mA) and voltage (max. 10V) can be utilised
simultaneously.
The device can be configured with the optional configuration
software “AD-Studio” via the interface AD-PC. However, this can
also be carried out at the works according to customer data.
Continuous display of DC output = current x voltage,
Amount of heat =temperature difference x through flow etc.
