溜槽堵塞檢測器 GA-29000-GYLC-1適用于檢測膠帶輸送機運輸系統中的溜槽堵塞故障。當溜槽內形成堵塞時，檢測器將發生報警、振動或停機信號，防止由物料堵塞溜槽而造成的惡性事故。

安裝與接線
（一）安裝方法：
1、在溜槽側壁一適當位置開240×260長方口，然后在開口上方約100~200mm處，溜槽內壁焊接一塊長300mm左右的擋板，以防大塊物料落下直接沖擊活動門發生誤動作。再用隨機所配橡膠板將開口*覆蓋、封閉。
1、將本裝置用M10×25螺栓緊固在彎角件上即可。
（二）安裝要領及主要事項
1、本系列保護裝置可兩個為一組，安裝于溜槽相對的并且不受物料沖擊的兩個側壁上，度根據用戶需要而定。一般安裝在溜槽底部向上三分之二度為宜。
2、本系列產品裝置也可用四個分兩組使用，一組安裝在溜槽側壁從底算起三分之一相對度，作為輕度堵塞檢測。用于接振打裝置信號，當溜槽發生堵塞時，振打裝置接收到信號后，便開始振打；另一組安裝底部三分之二處，作為重度堵塞時輸出停機信號。
（三）接線：由保護裝置引出一條4芯電纜線
維護和使用
此裝置使用半年以后，要進行一次維護檢查，檢查緊固螺釘是否有松動、脫落現象，待擰緊后，再進行使用。同時要在門軸的軸套里涂以潤滑油，并清除積塵。
使用條件
1、海拔度低于2000m
2、環境溫度：-35℃~+50℃
3、相對濕度：不大于95％
4、大氣壓力：80~110Kpa
5、工作位置：安裝在溜槽不受物料沖擊的側壁上
主要用途
適用于檢測膠帶輸送機運輸系統中的溜槽堵塞故障。當溜槽內形成堵塞時，檢測器將發生報警、振動或停機信號，防止由物料堵塞溜槽而造成的惡性事故。
可引起輸送物料的堆積或輸送機皮帶的損壞以及火災發生，使用溜槽堵塞開關可預防此事故的發生。溜槽堵塞開關在安全運行輸送系統里是*的保護裝置，廣泛應用鋼鐵廠、火力發電廠、水泥廠、化工廠、港口等等。溜槽堵塞開關由擺動形檢測板和限位開關組成，安裝在溜槽側壁已開好的長方形開口處，當溜槽被輸送物料堵塞時，檢測板將向外傾斜，此時限位開關發生動作。當故障排除后，檢測板在彈簧作用下自動復位。

Installation and wiring
(I) installation method:
1, in the 240 x 260 rectangular chute wall a proper pla to open the mouth, then about 100 ~ 200 mm above the mouth, chute wall welding a pie of about 300 mm long, in case of large materials directly impact activity occurs mperation. The opening is compley covered and closed with a random rubber sheet.

(2) installation essentials and main items.
1. This series of protection devis can be set in two groups, which are installed in the two side walls of the chute relative to the material and are not affected by the material impact. The height is determined according to the user's needs. Generally installed at the bottom of the chute upward two-thirds height is appropriate.
2. This series of product devis can also be used in two groups. One group is mounted on the side wall of the chute and one third of the relative height is taken from the bottom, which is used as a light plugging test. Used for reiving the signal of the percussion devi, when the chute is blocked, the vibration devi reives the signal and starts to strike. The other set is installed at two thirds of the bottom, which is the output stop signal when it is heavily blocked.
(3) wiring: a 4-core cable is drawn from the protective devi.
Maintenan and use
After the devi is used for six months, it is nessary to conduct a maintenan check to check whether the fastening screws are loose or falling off, and then use them after tightening. Also apply lubricating oil to the axle sleeve of the door shaft and remove dust.
Conditions of use
1. The altitude is less than 2000m.
2, the environment temperature: - 35 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃
3. Relative humidity: no more than 95%.
4. Atmospheric pressure: 80~110Kpa.
5. Position: installed on the side wall of the chute that is not impacted by the material.
