PLC在某機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)中的組成如下：

1、輸入單元
輸入單元由8個按扭、8個開關(guān)和16個接插件組成，它們分別與PLC的16個輸入點相接。改變這些開關(guān)或按扭的通斷狀態(tài)，即可對主機(jī)輸入所需要的開關(guān)量。16個接插件可外接其它直流或開關(guān)量輸入信號。
2、輸出單元
輸出單元由24個二極管和24個接插件組成，它們分別與PLC的24個輸出點相連。發(fā)光二極管是否發(fā)光，即可表示輸出點的狀態(tài)，使用者可得到主機(jī)的輸出信息。24個輸出接插件可外接其它需要控制的設(shè)備。輸出單元的4個地端，分別引出到面板，其中只有C4與3V電源共地。
3、電源單元
PLC主機(jī)左邊有外接220V/AV的電源插座，作為PLC的工作電源。內(nèi)裝變壓器，輸出3V電源，供二極管使用。另外PLC的24VDC和24GND已引出到面板，供外接輸入器件（如傳感器）的工作電源用.
