防腐螺旋鋼管外表處理
一般金屬外表會附有塵埃 油污 氧化皮 銹蝕層 污染物 鹽分或舊漆膜。氧化皮是在鋼鐵高溫鍛壓成型時(shí)所發(fā)生的一層細(xì)密氧化層，一般附著比較結(jié)實(shí)，但比鋼鐵自身較脆，而且它自身為陰極，會加快金屬腐蝕。不去除這些物質(zhì)，直接涂漆會影響整個(gè)圖層的附著力。
防腐螺旋管在實(shí)踐施工中，*與空氣 液體 土壤等介質(zhì)觸摸。會對金屬外表腐蝕，因而要對產(chǎn)品加上一層維護(hù)層，避免腐蝕，延伸螺旋管的使用壽命。
